Unfortunately, we were very disappointed compared to expectations. The service was very fast and the girls were very nice, but the food didn't live up to the prices! We had the lobster pasta for €60 for two people. The lobster was overcooked, and despite the good quality of the homemade pasta, it was simply tomato pasta with the shell on top, and it had no fishy flavor whatsoever! The appetizer was quite good but disappointing, the desserts were delicious. We spent €138 for an appetizer, first course, dessert, and a glass of wine. I'm sorry, but in my opinion, either you should review the prices given the very homemade cuisine, or you should increase the quality. Given how much you've praised, perhaps a little more humility wouldn't disappoint so many people.

We had the pasta and fish "Pitaccia" (a type of pasta dish) which was good but nothing special, the sauce was very watery, the fried fish was good, but if I have to say the prices are really very high, for 5 people, an appetizer for three which was the same as those for two, a "Pitaccia" and two fried dishes, two bottles of wine and two bottles of water, 300 euros, never again... the service staff were wonderful.

Excellent quality food, beautifully cooked. It's a great place to eat fish in Umbria. The first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts are all inviting and delicious. The portions are generous. They have a wide selection of wines. The service is attentive and fast. Thank you.

Went for dinner. Beautiful and charming location. Very friendly and fast staff. I recommend mentioning on the website that they also have gluten-free options like pasta. The mixed cold cuts were standard, nothing special. Gnocchi with pecorino, guanciale, and pecorino... nothing special. I expected much more, considering they're a Michelin-starred chef. Generous portions, but I found the sauce to be very runny, and for my taste, it could have been thinner. The gnocchi were cooked well. Good value for money, but nothing to write home about.

Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Smiling, attentive service. Very generous starters. Very good platters and a good wine selection. We ordered a very good Sagrantino, as recommended. Recommended!

I eat at Umberto and Fjorda often and I have to say that it is always a sure thing. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere and always friendly staff. Fjorda's desserts are superb! If you want to make a good impression on your friends, bring them here!!

Excellent cuisine, both land and sea, friendly, kind and welcoming staff. Chef Umberto, in addition to being friendly and social, is an exceptional cook. His wife Fjorda, puts the cherry on the restaurant with excellent "instant" pastries. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a ferragosto e avevo assegnato 5 stelle perché il cibo era veramente buono e il prezzo fisso a 50€ giusto. Siamo tornati nei giorni scorsi: abbiamo ordinato alla carta e sinceramente abbiamo trovato i prezzi molto elevati. Quattro antipasti misti 84€ e non erano nulla di particolare: erano anni che in un ristorante di livello non vedevo i gamberi in salsa rosa... I primi erano abbondanti ma insapore e le fritture di calamari poco cotte. Non ci è stato portato il pane e bisognava chiamare la cameriera per le posate e l'acqua. È un vero peccato perché il posto è bello ma, a mio avviso, vanno rivisti il servizio e i prezzi: meglio porzioni più piccole, più curate e ad un prezzo più accessibile. Peccato!

Pesce molto buono e ben cucinato. Le porzioni sono molto abbondanti e anche se i prezzi sembrano alti garantisco che le porzioni vanno bene per due quindi dipende da quanta fame avete. Vu consiglio vivamente l antipasto degli innamorati. Completo sia di caldi che freddi.
