you need to book, always full, two shifts (at least) for both lunch and dinner. I can only recommend it

We stayed in this 2021 osteria twice during our holidays in Rome. With all this time passed we still have good memories of the inn and of the brothers who do everything for their guests. Carbonara and amatricana were the best we have ever tried in Italy and we tried to make them again at home in Croatia but it was not possible to do the same. See you again in great Rome! Greetings! :)

My favourite place in Rome! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and already went so many times for lunch. The place is small, make reservation if you want to try it. Totally recommend!

It is the best place to eat in Rome. With a €10 fixed menu you have a bruschetta, a first course of your choice and dessert (plus water, coffee and cover charge included). The place is small so you need to book otherwise you won't find a place. The waiter is extraordinary: he is a jack of all trades but despite the stress he is extremely kind to everyone and doesn't forget anything! I highly recommend going there

What can I say, I found it by chance in 2023 during a holiday in Rome and was struck by the quality/price ratio. I returned last week with a friend and among the places I chose to introduce her to, this Osteria could not be missing. Quick and friendly service, good quality food and wine, a small and welcoming environment that feels like home. Every time I come to Rome I will return. I recommend booking your table in advance and respecting the reservation time to the minute.
