We found this tavern thanks to reviews in the area. What can I say, a confirmation of the excellent reviews we have read. The staff immediately made us feel at ease. Excellent Roman cuisine. The pasta alla riccia is absolutely worth trying.

A lunch rich in tradition in an environment that makes you feel at home: generous and tasty portions served by a welcoming and kind host. We had a wonderful experience eating good food at a great price and exchanging a few chats with the nice and friendly host. Fixed stop for all the times I pass through Rome❤️

great food, nice place and friendly staff. coming to eat in this place with my group of friends was a bargain, with only 10 euros I satisfied my appetite in an exceptional way. It was nice to exchange a few words with the owner during lunch, in fact after it we all took a photo together. absolutely recommended for those who want to taste a typical Roman dish. when I get the chance to return to Rome I will definitely return, you have acquired a customer from Syracuse.

Good food, nice and clean place and furnishings but above all a hospitable environment. The owner Valerio is ready to exchange a few words and make anyone who enters his inn feel at home. An experience to be redone both on a culinary and human level. Really recommended, Places that deserve more.

I don't understand why the backpacker's guide doesn't indicate this when walking in this area. Restaurant worth a visit for lunch and unbeatable lunch menu. 10€ all inclusive. And it's so tasty . Impeccable service. It’s simple, the Romans have lunch there…. That says it all. I absolutely recommend it!

Discovered it by chance and we will definitely recommend it to everyone and will go back next time we are in Rome! Authentic tavern, very friendly host and excellent food! With a €10 fixed menu for lunch you can have a meal as delicious as (and perhaps even more so) other very renowned places in Rome. The amatriciana and carbonara pasta is highly recommended!

Ho scoperto per caso l'Osteria Del Rione e devo dire che mai scoperta fu più felice. Sono stato accolto magistralmente dal proprietario che mi ha fatto sentire fin dal primo istante a casa. Si perché quella di casa è proprio l'aria che si respira in questo luogo nel quale potrete appagare il vostro desiderio di assaporare i piatti tipici della cucina romana preparati a regola d'arte da persone Speciali che Vi accompagneranno in un esperienza culinaria che sono certo rappresenterà uno dei più bei ricordi che avrete della città Eterna. P. S. Attenzione perché questo luogo crea dipendenza...

Vera cucina romana con piatti gustosi e abbondanti! Il proprietario mi ha fatto assaggiare pure la amatriciana che era prelibata (avevo preso cacio e pepe). Il menù a prezzo fisso è vantaggioso. Il proprietario molto attento. Torneremo. Comodo per andare al teatro tirso .

10/12/2024: We chose this restaurant because it is one of the very few to offer gluten-free options on the menu, which are well executed, tasty and not "makeshift". Excellent value for money also considering the refined environment with attention to the smallest details. Chef Stefano explained all his dishes with emphasis, making us curious and pushing us to try new and typical local combinations. Even the desserts are as beautiful as they are good.
