Excellent trattoria. The atmosphere maintains the typical Piacenza trattoria feel. Welcoming, tidy, and clean. Excellent service, with very friendly and attentive staff. The dishes are high-quality and delicious. The mixed cured meats appetizer with torta fritta was truly delicious and plentiful. I also had pisarei e faso, which were divinely prepared. A taste of the fried river fish, including eel, catfish, and frog, was excellent.
We shared a portion for two for the first and second courses, as the portions were very generous.
I'd say the price was very reasonable for what we tasted.
Highly recommended.

Discovered through Clerici's show and tried it right away. The place is a bit dated and could use a makeover. Unfortunately, I expected better food, given the chef and the way he cooks on the show, and the price, which is still high. The fried gnocchi were crumbly on the outside, and the fritto misto wasn't cooked properly, perhaps from old oil. The pisarei and tortelli were very good.
Overall, so-so; I wouldn't return.
