Osteria del pancotto In Ravenna

I was here for an excellent dinner with friends to end 2024 in the best possible way! I started dinner with a mixed house starter, really excellent cold cuts and giardiniera (the only flaw was the lack of cheese on the cutting board), followed by a fantastic plate of gnocchi with guinea fowl ragout (excellent). Finally I finished with a coconut mousse, filled with pineapple (delicious and refined). Very nice and well furnished location, friendly and well executed service, also good value for money. I will definitely come back 😁

Everything was good, the cold cuts were good, the first courses were well made and very tasty.

Delightful place, with excellent cuisine and a wonderful outdoor garden where concerts and events take place. Especially worth trying (in this autumn period) are the gnocchi made with chestnut flour and mushrooms and their chickpea soup. The trifle is very good, also served as a dessert. Very kind and nice service, bill adequate for what was ordered.

Historic place of Gambellara. Fascinating, you can breathe the atmosphere of life of the past. Starters: piadina with anchovies and Tropea onion, very good...I thought they were just a couple of wedges but instead it was a whole piadina! Also tried the hunting terrine with brioche and orange jam, very tasty! As first courses: strozzapreti with strigoli ragù and chestnut gnocchi and game ragù. All very good, right portions. Excellent service.

We returned for dinner at Pancotto on a warm summer evening and it was very pleasant, outdoors, in the greenery, with the right lights, good food and good house wine (there is also a good wine list), kind lady. Proposals for Wednesday evenings of music!

A simple place but with genuine and traditional food. The cured meats and rabbit are very good. The gardener is delicious!! The evenings dedicated to fish are worth trying.

La location estiva del Pancotto è molto rilassante e accoglientr, seppur non curatissima. La cucina propone buoni piatti e un menu interessante, che viene aggiornato costantemente per la gioia di chi frequenta abitualmente l'osteria. I vini invece a mio avviso andrebbero rivisti, introducendo qualche etichetta di livello superiore per chi ama bere meglio. Prezzi non eccessivi per un rapporto qualità prezzo di tutto rispetto. Non abbiate fretta per essere serviti perchè i tempi di attesa sono un pochino lunghi, ma passerete una bella serata.
