I was disappointed to receive mayonnaise and ketchup in containers at McDonald's along with the burger, which on the menu was offered with its own sauces. I thought I was getting sauces made by you in containers like little cups placed on the plate, and not brought and placed on the table. Also to enhance the meat, which was good. Too bad.

The place is on top / side of the hill and the terrace offers a view onto Florence in the distance. We came for dinner in August but the terrace was not open / served. The food was a little disappointing as we head good things. All we ordered was pre-prepared and came very quickly. The Peposo del Milione was dry. The deserts however were delicious. (Pre-preparation does no harm here) Waiters we're not unfriendly but not very attentive.

It's located on the first hills surrounding the Florentine plain. The beautiful terrace, surrounded by greenery and offering a breathtaking view of the city, is enchanting. For this reason alone, it's worth a visit for dinner, especially when you can eat outside. The restaurant is well-kept and very welcoming, with friendly staff. Access to the restroom is a bit tricky; there are two flights of stairs to get there, making it difficult, especially for those with walking difficulties. The prices are a bit high, but it's fair to say...you're obviously paying for the setting, but also for the quality of the ingredients. The wine is excellent, and I recommend it (see photo). I didn't take a picture of the wine list; it's around €38, I think. The service needs some updating, as at the end of the meal, three different waiters asked us three times if we wanted dessert, which somewhat disrupted the atmosphere, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, I had a good time and recommend it, even for a romantic dinner.

Great atmosphere, food and service

We spent a wonderful Ferragosto eve dinner al fresco and enjoyed excellent grilled meat. Everything was perfect... the food, the service, the location, and the pleasant temperature that offered a bit of relief after navigating Florence's scorching heat. A small constructive criticism, if I may... if you accept reservations at 9:30 PM, the kitchen can't close at 10:00 PM. You can, and I'm sure you'll do better. We'll definitely be back.

Good welcome, impeccable value for money

The view is great around sunset, but the food mediocre. If the focus is on the atmosphere, this might be a good choice. If having good food is the main objective, likely it won’t meet your expectations. Italian friends were disappointed with food.

Abbiamo cenato qui per concludere il nostro soggiorno in Toscana. Come da recensioni precedenti non posso che confermare la buona cucina, il servizio al tavolo cortese e veloce, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

Posto incantevole , molto curato. Vista speciale su Firenze . Menù vario , specialità carne . Molto buono. Servizio velocissimo. Speriamo di ritornarci
