A small osteria right on the Po River. It has a lovely terrace under the trees. We arrived after 9 p.m., and the kitchen was unfortunately already closed. But we still managed to get some delicious cold platters.

Excellent quantities. Delicious meat. The fried river fish is interesting (especially the catfish). I'd add frogs if requested. The selection of platters is excellent. If the weather permits, I'd sit outside because the river view is spectacular (and there's less noise).

15/03/2026: After returning several times, I can say with certainty: the pizza at "La Padella e la Brace" is truly delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The dough is light and well-made, and the pizza is always cooked to perfection. Another strong point is the staff: friendly, attentive, and always available. A place I always love to return to. Recommended!
