A charming, ancient restaurant in a charming village. It's located in the town hall square, opposite a beautiful 18th-century church. Speaking of the restaurant, I had lunch there twice within a few days because the food was delicious. Mixed mountain antipasti, all drizzled with truffles... homemade first courses with a wide variety of toppings and truly delicious meat. Side dishes and desserts round out a homemade yet very, very good Nenu. The fried pizza and the truffle-infused burrata/buffalo mozzarella are the highlights. Excellent value for money, without a doubt...

An amazing place - Kind staff, beautiful surrounding in the mid of salisone, lovely lightning and the most delicous food! I can just recommend coming here, to enjoy a calm and remarkable dinner night.

What else? We had dinner in the village square where peace and tranquility reign. The chef and the lady who served us were excellent. I highly recommend it.

In the heart of Salisano's small but charming historic center, a place to savor the authentic flavors of Sabina. Delicious appetizers, traditional first courses, and excellent meats. A must-try!

directly under the Town Hall in the central square under the church bell tower it is possible to eat and drink in this lovely little place where the first course, MACCARONI a fezze, is definitely worth trying before moving on to the meat.

17/08/2025: If you want homemade pasta with truffles, you have to go here. All the first courses are excellent, with potatoes and chicory being second to none. The outdoor terrace has a beautiful view.
14/08/2025: We dined on the veranda, with a beautiful view of the lake's last branch. Everything featured scorzone truffles. Dishes were carefully prepared using quality ingredients. Service was attentive and friendly. A little more space dedicated to the wine would further enhance an already excellent experience.

17/05/2025: Agriturismo Santo Pietro, het beste hotel dat we in deze vakantie hebben gehad. Een warm welkom met een drankje en snacks. Daarna werden we naar de kamer gebracht. Alles was schoon, de kamer was ruim. Een lekker warm bed, de badkamer was schoon. S'avonds kregen we een heerlijk 4 gangen diner, echt authentiek Italiaans eten opgedient door een leuke Italiaanse jongen. hij was super gedreven en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed met lekkere cakjes. S'middags na de wandeling hadden we zin in iets hartigs en kregen we een drankje met anti pasti geserveerd op het gezellige terras bij het zwembad. Er is een mini speeltuintje voor de kleine kinderen. Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam. na ons verblijf werden we met de auto naar het treinstation gebracht. Super hotel met super service. een fijne afsluiting van onze vakantie.
11/05/2025: Tutto perfetto! Location stupenda nel cuore della Sabina, pietanze con ingredienti freschi di stagione, servizio cordiale ed impeccabile. Piatti buoni della tradizione. La formula che propongono con menù fisso che comprende antipasti, 2 primi piatti, 2 secondi, contorni, bevande incluse, dolce, caffè e amari per soli 30€ a persona è assolutamente vincente!
