We ate the best tortelli with ragù in the Grosseto province. The suckling pig with porcini mushrooms was also delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Generous portions and excellent prices.

Really good restaurant, from appetizers to side dishes, everything was impeccably prepared. I had a gluten-free meal: an appetizer (baked pecorino cheese with pears and walnuts) and wild boar and roast potatoes for the main course. I was extremely satisfied. Very kind and welcoming staff! Thank you, we'll be back.

We happened upon it at the end of the season, and were greeted warmly and served an award-winning wild boar ragù. Homemade pasta and fresh ingredients cooked with love. We'll definitely be back for the fall season. Thank you!

Tutte le volte che andiamo sull’Amiata facciamo un salto al Castello che offre una buona cucina casalinga di qualità a prezzi modici. Ambiente rustico e carino e il personale è veramente gentile e attento.

Devo dire che tutto quello che ho mangiato da gli antipasti al primo il secondo e dolce non riesco a trovare un difetto dal piacere che ho provato immerso in sapori che mi hanno sconvolto dalla sua delicatezza e sapore immenso.

14/09/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine and fair prices.
02/09/2025: Great atmosphere and lovely food, the service a bit of a hit and miss, definitely not as good as it should be with me having to prompt the staff for suggestions! Their house wine is super good and great value for money for a Morellino. Pappardelle are good and so is the pecorino with truffle. The tagliata was ok. Expensive for what it is hence the overall rating
