An authentic trattoria serving authentic home cooking, with traditional Sicilian dishes and absolutely reasonable prices. The food is killer, with full flavors and authentic cuisine. My only complaint: I found some dishes a bit too salty, probably to encourage more alcohol, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. The service is average, friendly, and without any particular issues. On weekends, the restaurant is often packed, and the atmosphere can be quite chaotic and noisy; for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, a visit during the week is recommended. Parking is available, although on busy days, you may need to park a little further away and walk. Overall, a recommended place for those seeking authentic Sicilian cuisine and generous portions.

Two of us were passing through, so we went in. Upon entering, we were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming staff. They make you feel right at home. With a wide selection on the menu, we asked for recommendations and trusted their advice. We chose the daily specials to sample something fresh and locally sourced. It was definitely worth it. Each dish was explained to us so we could learn its history. I highly recommend it if you want to experience home-cooked food prepared just as our mothers used to do with so much love.

Excellent trattoria restaurant, good quality and "unique" kindness of the owner.

We went for dinner as a couple and tried this restaurant after wanting to try it for a long time. We finally went last night and it was a great experience, especially since we woke up feeling great this morning. For starters, the two of us had a schiacciata, an imbriulata, a cardoon dish, and two stuffed mushrooms (delicious), and for main course, a truly delicious pork shank, cooked well and the meat was incredibly tender. A bottle of local Nero d'Avola, which I really enjoyed, was also included. To finish, a slice of black cherry cake. Excellent value. The owner is very kind and the staff are friendly and smiling, which I really appreciate. See you next time.
