I had the pleasure of having lunch at Osteria del Cacciatore and was particularly impressed, as I am every time I go. The atmosphere was welcoming, perfect for a special lunch. The service was impeccable, with the staff being kind and attentive, always available to our requests, and the owners were wonderful people. The menu was full of tasty dishes and generous portions. The presentation of the dishes was a true work of art. I especially tried the antipasti, first and second courses, and desserts, and it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend Osteria del Cacciatore in Castrofilippo to all lovers of authentic Italian cuisine.

It's been a long time since I enjoyed such excellent food, such professional and warm treatment, it is a family restaurant run by five sisters, we were 4 people to eat and it was an experience with all the knowledge, love and dedication of true Sicilian cuisine. They also grow their own vegetables, their own oil and their own wine, we put ourselves in the hands of one of the sisters, Silviana and she brought us all the house specials, all the starters, pastas and meats and to finish some lemon sorbets, thank you for the enthusiasm that this family puts into showing the rich and tasty Sicilian food 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We went for dinner as a couple and tried this restaurant after wanting to try it for a long time. Finally last night we were there and we did very well especially because this morning we woke up very well. The two of us took as appetizers a schiacciata, an imbriulata, a dish of cardoons, two stuffed mushrooms (very good), and for the second course we took a really very very good pork shank, cooked well and the meat very tender. A bottle of local nero d'Avola which I really liked on the palate. To finish, a slice of black cherry cake. Excellent value for money. Very kind owner and friendly, smiling staff, which I really appreciate.
