It's my favorite restaurant, and it proves so every time. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor...a true pleasure.
If I may...a suggestion: train your waiters (who are certainly friendly and efficient), but in a kitchen of this caliber, they must be able to talk about and describe the dishes to immerse the diner in the world the chef expresses with his dishes.

We had dinner last night invited by friends and we were very impressed. The place is very well cared for both as a whole and in the details. Refined and welcoming atmosphere. We had an appetizer and a second course. Fried anchovies and lamb. Artichoke salad and fried fish. The raw materials were of quality and the dishes, although apparently simple, were enriched by refined reductions and flavors that married in a surprising and delicious way with the dishes. The portions were decidedly abundant, which is rare especially for those like us who come from Milan. Very good white wine, not banal. To finish, no dessert but a very fresh liqueur. Recommended experience. Excellent value for money.

Ristorante di buon livello con un’offerta originale che tuttavia non scade nella presunzione. I piatti dello Chef Raffaele sfiorano infatti senza esagerare i confini della cucina gourmet, rimanendo accessibili e interessanti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo e il servizio in sala.

One of the higher end restaurants in Bracciano, where the menu and ambiance are kicked up several notches.
Attentive, informed and friendly staff, interesting daily options as well as a menu with the Roman classics as well as lake-side spin.
My Ombrina (fish), with a broad bean puree and sea beans and a side of roasted zucchini, eggplant and fennel was spectacular - perfectly cooked, moist, and delicately fishy.
My dessert was a take on strudel, but the apple wasn't really forward enough for me, but the accompanying cream and caramel was nice.
Do book, it gets very busy.
