Although I have been to Ariccia many times, I had not yet tried this tavern. Better late than never because the value for money is excellent, the staff are friendly and the carbonara is super. I will definitely go back. Well done

Every time I come here, for many years now, bringing friends and relatives from all over the world, I have the certainty of eating in a real traditional tavern, made up of an exceptional family, dishes prepared with LOVE AND PASSION, excellent and kind waiters, in the kitchen there are two world class women. they always make good impressions, humane prices, you come in happy and want to return as soon as possible. truly heartfelt thanks to the whole team!!! Exceptional experience at Osteria del Borgo! Let me start by saying that I'm not usually the type to review places, but Osteria del Borgo really deserved this exception. I promised myself that, as soon as I got home, I would immediately write a review, and I can only confirm my expectations. One of the first things that struck me was the relaxed atmosphere: here you won't find insistent staff outside the venue trying to convince you to enter like vultures. They give you the freedom to decide, and this approach was really appreciated. The innkeeper is an exceptional person: kind, friendly and approachable, capable of making everyone feel at ease. The place is very clean and welcoming, perfect for a day at the end of November like the one I was there with my family from Salento. The structure offers both a warm and comfortable internal room and external rooms equipped with heating mushrooms, which create a pleasant atmosphere even in the colder months. Let's move on to the food: simply delicious. From the appetizers of cured meats, porchetta, and cheeses to the fried pizzas (which I highly recommend!), everything was excellent. The carbonara is spectacular, as are the second courses: sausage and beans and dreamy sheep's roasts. Baked potatoes? The absolute top! The desserts deserve a special mention: the panna cotta with salted caramel (I emphasize homemade caramel) is unmissable, a mix of sweet and savory that will win you over. The tiramisu is also wonderful, one of the best I've ever tasted. Finally, the price is really super honest for the quality offered. I highly recommend Osteria del Borgo for the goodness of the food, the welcoming atmosphere and the impeccable hospitality. I can't wait to go back!

2 famiglie baresi in trasferta ad ariccia. Abbiamo scelto il posto giusto, un'osteria tipica con cibo e servizio ottimi. Abbiamo ordinato di tutto, dagli antipasti ai primi, ed era tutto da leccarsi i baffi. Ho mangiato quella che mi spingo a definire la carbonara più buona di sempre. Ci siamo alzati da tavola con la pancia pienissima e il portafoglio alleggerito di poco rispetto all'abbuffata fatta!

Per distacco e per conferma sempre la migliore fraschetta di Ariccia….La frequento da tantissimi anni e mai una delusione! A differenza delle altre qui oltre al cibo sorprende sempre la gentilezza del servizio….Ci tornerò sempre perché e’ sempre garanzia!
