It has become our reference "fraschetta" after trying several, we live not very far from Ariccia, and at the time I release the review it will be the fourth or fifth time we have come to eat in this place. I tried it recommended by a friend and since then we have never changed, every time we want to try the typical food of castles and fraschette we come to the Osteria del Borgo.
We usually take all the mixed appetizers they offer and whoever we brought always liked their cuisine. Don't forget to ask for the porchetta and the couples. They often have the dish of the day, ask the waiter who assists you.
I tasted practically all the typical local first courses, but carbonara, amatriciana, cacio and pepe docet. Importantly, I get up from the table full but never weighed down beyond what is necessary, probably synonymous with good food. The place is pleasant and welcoming, it is possible to eat both outdoors and indoors, there are chairs, which are much more comfortable than the classic benches, it is quite large considering the limited spaces typical of fraschette so you don't get too crowded. In summary, I recommend trying it if you pass through these parts. Note on the back, to whom it may concern, Skysport is broadcast.

sono celiaca e incinta, una combo difficile da gestire per ovvie ragioni ma devo dire, con immensa sorpresa che ho trovato in Diego una persona molto preparata e sincera.
Ci ha detto sin da subito che sono molto attenti ma non sono aic e non hanno una cucina solo per celiaci.
Abbiamo mangiato BENISSIMO.
Per il senza glutine, la miglior amatriciana della vita. Piatto abbondante e buonissimo.
Mio marito ha preso pasta alla carbonara buonissima a suo dire.
Abbiamo condiviso poi trippa molto buona, un super piatto di porchetta e cicoria ripassata.
Tutto davvero buonissimo.
Ritorneremo.
Consiglio a tutti e soprattutto a celiaci come me.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per le buone recensioni e il senza glutine! Il Sig. Diego, figlio della proprietaria ( la signora e’ la cuoca), nel servizio, e’ stato gentile e veloce. Varieta’ di antipasti . La pasta senza glutine (spaghetti) era cotta a puntino, con la scelta del condimento ( funghi porcini). Le fettuccine sempre con funghi porcini (surgelati) ottime ed abbondanti. Gli arrosticini di pecora accompagnati da una cicorietta ripassata deliziosa, patate al forno super e bruschetta. Vino della casa un rosso fermo, dal sapore corposo. Per finire una particolarità, il caffe’ tostato a legna. Una piacevole esperienza da ritornare. Sempre meglio prenotare. Prezzi nella norma

Simply perfect, exceptional food, family atmosphere, friendly but never excessive and super professional staff.... it's not one of those places with the "butterfly" nor too touristy. The owner was very kind and stopped to talk to us, as did the lady in the kitchen. Highly recommended

I have been frequenting it for more than 30 years and I have seen it grow and become the beautiful place it is now. The porchetta is excellent but so are all the other dishes offered. They are fantastic, friendly, helpful and prepared. I would like to go there more often.

Today after walking around to find a place in Ariccia, in the end our choice was excellent at the Hosteria del Borgo, excellent food, kind and welcoming staff, we will return with our friends!

It was I say it was my habit to go to this place, before Christmas everything was EXCELLENT, yesterday I took the family there and it wasn't the usual quality, the amatriciana sauce was a little acidic, the gnocchi sauce the blunts and the sausage had a strange flavour, a serious mistake in my opinion, the sauce must be tasted... cold porchetta from the fridge, the fat must enhance the flavor and not be a penalty.
Never again! Doing 45km and getting half a rip-off is not.

Although I have been to Ariccia many times, I had not yet tried this tavern. Better late than never because the value for money is excellent, the staff are friendly and the carbonara is super. I will definitely go back. Well done
