Very good mixed starter and mixed fried food. Very kind in service.

Every time I go to visit my parents we go to Osteria del Borgo. You eat very well at reasonable prices, and you feel pampered by the staff who are fantastic! They manage to please my son (a tuft eater) every time and they always do it with a smile and a kind word... My parents are regular customers, and I envy them because they can go and enjoy an exceptional variety of dishes whenever they want! Fresh fish cooked in a simple and genuine way... when you finish you are full but never weighed down, although the portions are super generous!

Experiences and evaluations are always connected to expectations. Since we are talking about a tavern that has been like this for decades and which is apparently not very inviting, except for the summer period during which you can have lunch and dinner at the outdoor tables... Expectations are relatively low. Personally, however, I have been a loyal customer for years who greatly appreciates the simple and tasty cuisine of Claudia and her staff. Simple but friendly and courteous service. The dishes are those of the territory. I have always enjoyed it and have recommended the tavern to several friends. My favorite dish is stuffed anchovies. The best. Last time the bill was 27 euros each.

Le esperienze e le valutazioni sono sempre connesse alle aspettative. Poiché si parla di una osteria che è così da decenni e che apparentemente è poco invitante, fatto salvo il periodo estivo durante il quale si può pranzare e cenare ai tavolini all'aperto... Le aspettative sono relativamente contenute. Personalmente invece sono un cliente fidelizzato da anni che apprezza moltissimo la cucina semplice e gustosissima di Claudia e del suo staff. Servizio semplice ma simpatico e cortese. Le pietanze sono quelle del territorio. Io mi ci sono sempre trovato bene e ho consigliato l'osteria a diversi amici. Il mio piatto preferito le acciughe ripiene. Le migliori.

Forget the rest and if you can book, go there to eat. In a Liguria of Milanese suckers (I'm Milanese) with absurd prices, enjoy raw pesto... generous portions and honest prices... Who knows why you have to book and inside the customers speak Ligurian.

A simple and inconspicuous place, with good food (fish but not only) cooked with passion and served with great kindness and attention. Generous portions. They exceeded my expectations. I will certainly return

We went to this tavern today and I must say it was a nice little place, both the owner and the lady who served us were very kind. Excellent food, all good and plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Typical tavern located in the main alley of Cogoleto, simple and familiar environment, typical dishes. Public car parks nearby (on the sea and from the station). Promenade to the sea nearby.

Uno tra i ristoranti che più frequentiamo quando siamo in riviera, l'atmosfera è quella dell'osteria di paese improntata su piatti di mare. Cucina semplice ma molto genuina, i piatti sempre preparati con cura, e sopratutto la cuoca non si tira indietro a richieste di piccole variazioni sulle pietanze. Il servizio è sempre gradevole, molto casereccio ma il personale sorridente e gentile è propenso allo scambio di battute giusto per allietare la permanenza in Osteria. La quantità del cibo è anch'essa degna di nota, questo è in netto contrasto all tendenza che negli ultimi anni sta prendendo sempre più piede, e cioè di ridurre le quantità ed aumentare il costo.. ecco qua si mangia bene, tanto e si spende il giusto considerando anche il fatto che l'amaro, a fine pasto, è generalmente sempre offerto con tanto di bottiglia sul tavolo ;-). In estate, o comunque quando le temperature lo consentono, si può cenare fuori "in piazzetta" e quindi il piacere di una buona cena è aumentato dall'atmosfera in esterno.
