Rustic environment, made of wood, with great attention to detail. It is a fine restaurant and venue.
Really trained, helpful and kind staff for every little request: a rarity nowadays.
Excellent service: speed and precision.
Remarkable wine list: over a hundred, from every region.
Dishes: exquisite. From the appetizers to the first courses, through the second courses and the desserts: I found every course truly superlative.
Prices: absolutely normal.

19/10/2024: The Chiulano restaurant offers a rural atmosphere, ideal for those seeking an authentic experience. The staff is highly qualified and very welcoming, making the service pleasant and helpful.
Among the dishes, the cured meats are truly remarkable, in particular the culatello, which deserves a special mention for its intense and refined flavor. The anolini, unfortunately, are a little ruined by a stock that tastes like stock cubes, making the dish less fresh than it could be. The tortelloni, however, are good; while not highlighting the individual ingredients, they present a harmonious mix of flavours.
Another highlight is the suckling pig, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, really tasty and tasty, a real treat! However, the water served seems to come from the tap, although I am sure this is not the case, it could be a small detail to review.
Finally, the ice cream, although there is nothing special about it, is still pleasant to taste.
