At the Osteria dei Briganti we spent a pleasant evening accompanied by those flavors you expect from a peasant cuisine that focuses on seasonality and freshness of the product. Tra i vicoli di Sora …locale storico accogliente il proprietario ti illustra il menù e serve in modo professionale …. Piatti ben fatti sapori decisi dove si percepisce che c’è dietro chi ha un idea una passione una ricerca per le cose semplici ma buone .. un filo di legame con piatti della tradizione che si alternano con le stagioni … il baccalà è il Re del menù che varia nelle sue preparazioni ; ottime le verdure e i dolci artigianali … complimenti !!!

The trattoria fits into a typology of popular places, without frills, "sincere" because they are disconnected from the logic of appearance sold as substance, places where you can accept the lived-in interiors and the characteristic personalities of the managers and customers as a motivation added to the pleasure of frequenting them for the good cuisine: many of these places are in fact home to traditional local specialties that are difficult to find in the city.
In this place I tasted a good vegetable appetizer, good grilled cod and good sautéed vegetables (broccoletti).
We found the first courses and desserts very good.

Tornati dopo qualche anno in questo locale, abbiamo apprezzato l'ambiente reso piacevole da una illuminazione molto migliore.
Il proprietario gentile e sollecito senza essere invadente, il menù con una scelta non ampissima ma di livello.
Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto.
Torneremo presto.
