We went to Osteria degli Ubertini for both lunch and dinner and were completely satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and available to answer any questions. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Rome. Greetings to the staff!

Sono stata a cena recentemente con mia figlia. Cercavamo un posto dove mangiare cucina locale e siamo state pienamente soddisfatte. Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Visto che mia figlia inizierà a studiare a Roma, sicuramente questo ristorante diventerà una delle nostre tappe fisse.

28/08/2025: C'è l'atmosfera e il fascino di una locanda del 19° secolo. L'illuminazione è affidata ad un gasolio leggero, candele e luci soffuse, camerieri in abiti d'epoca per ricreare l'atmosfera. È pittoresco e affascinante. Musicisti professionisti fanno una rotazione tra i tavoli ogni sera per intrattenere gli ospiti con canti, barzellette e stornelli romani. Si può mangiare la tipica cucina romana e ti danno un menu scritto in romano.

15/07/2025: We went for dinner during our stay in Rome. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service, the traditional Roman food (carbonara and amatriciana were never so good), the top-notch wine, and the staff, always attentive to our needs. We especially want to mention Andrei, a man with a kindness and professionalism rarely found these days, who, step by step, made our evening truly flawless. The team was very close-knit and always available. Highly recommended. Cinzia and Davide from Mantua.
