If you want to try REAL Roman cuisine, good and authentic, just like grandma used to make... well, this osteria is definitely for you. The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. And finally, the food is delicious! Generous and tasty dishes. The prices are incredible. Highly recommended.

A welcoming, stylishly furnished restaurant.
The staff is extremely friendly; the dining room staff are quick, smiling, and professional, clean, and truly ready to welcome you and make you feel at ease.
The manager, a professional woman who loves her role as much as the restaurant. Attentive to every need and a wonderful speaker...truly far above average.
The food is excellent, well-cooked and served, and the service is fast but consistently high-quality.
The price is lower than the average of other osterias.
My final rating: 5 stars out of 5 stars

A Roman osteria in its purest form, iconic and meticulously maintained. Nestled in the sprawling Pigneto neighborhood, it offers a traditional and efficient dining experience. The various set menus, varying by day and time, are a winner—go for them. Overall, the food is more than decent, but definitely avoid the amatriciana. The staff and service are excellent, perhaps even too much so. The waiters stalk the tables like snipers; as soon as they see an empty plate, they clear away in a flash and serve the next dish at lightning speed. Parking is tricky. Affordable, anti-crisis prices. A 9 out of 10... Well done 👏

A lovely place, welcoming as an osteria should be. To cut a long story short, we had a gricia with truffles that brought tears to my eyes, it was so good! Sekko had seconds. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the first courses, the second courses, and the spectacular chicory. Extraordinary red wine. Go there for sure, with friends, family, a lover, or alone. And it costs less than a pizza. Parking, unfortunately...we're in Rome...

Sono stata a cena recentemente con mia figlia. Cercavamo un posto dove mangiare cucina locale e siamo state pienamente soddisfatte. Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Visto che mia figlia inizierà a studiare a Roma, sicuramente questo ristorante diventerà una delle nostre tappe fisse.

Per chi ama la cucina romana credo che ad oggi sia la numero uno a Roma sono circa 10 anni che ci vado e in compagnia e qualsiasi nuovo cliente che assaggia le pietanze ci e sempre ritornato ed ha fatto il passaparola poi quando e arrivato il conto finale che comprende acqua vino pane primo e secondo a 12 euro i miei amici mi dicevano e impossibile ma con soddisfazione. +la gentilezza dei ragazzi che ci lavorano +la proprietaria che c'è solo la sera e una persona di una bontà.mai vista.l unico consiglio che vi posso dare prenotate circa 2 o 3 ore prima di andare se non trovate posto.
