Furnished with very good taste, it is among those places that wants to offer a 'VIP' version of traditional Salento. Traditional recipes, including horse "pieces", but also proposals with a more international flavour. The menu is certainly very strong on first courses with pasta and similar and therefore I would recommend it to those who love first courses. I tried 2 starters and a second course, also tasting the similar ones from the other diners and I can certainly say that the hand was very balanced, but not much more. The wine selection is extensive on the menu, but must be checked at the moment. The owner generously proposed a white that I otherwise would not have ordered and he did so with a minimal markup, where we could not find a certain type of wine. A much appreciated gesture that encourages us to return to see how pure white and red Apulian wines 'work' with their cuisine. Price generally correct for being a very well looked after place and in line with an international clientele. Perhaps they could be more daring with the taste of some ingredients, given the availability of excellent local raw materials. Must try.

Di passaggio nell’ orario di pranzo ci siamo fermati in questo accogliente ristorante che già avevamo conosciuto molti anni addietro. Una piacevole conferma. Ambiente accogliente e raffinato. Titolare e personale di sala ci hanno accolti con molto garbo. La cucina propone piatti della tradizione salentina e non solo. Per cominciare un omaggio dello chef molto gradito, focaccia alta con cipolla, ottima! Sfiziosa la frittura mista con pettole, crocchette e zucchine. Ottimi i primi, orecchiette e strascinati al sugo con polpettine e spaghetti al farro con pomodoro, melanzane e cacio ricotta. Ottimo il tirarmisu’. Atmosfera rilassante e clientela all’altezza del locale. Prezzo nella norma. Da consigliare senza dubbi!

Ritorniamo sempre con piacere nella certezza di gustare una pizza ottima oltre che di una accoglienza professionale e cordiale, il tutto nella magia di uno splendido agrumeto nascosto nel cuore di Lecce

Un ristorante senza eguali. Locale apparentemente rustico che nasconde un ambiente elegante e raffinato, arredato con gusto e attenzione al dettaglio. Staff dotato di professionalità, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Abbiamo cominciato con un antipasto a base di seppia al pistacchio, caponata e pittule e capocollo, piatti apparentemente semplici ma che nascondono un’ intensità di sapori unici e inaspettati. Come primo abbiamo preso uno spaghetto ai ricci e dei tagliolini al tartufo, piatti sublimi dal sapore eccezionale, tutte pietanze realizzate con materie prime di inequivocabile qualità. È stata letteralmente un’esperienza gastronomica, ottimizzata da un accostamento accurato di vino gentilmente consigliato dal personale tra la loro vasta selezione. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente.
