Truly excellent Roman cuisine, excellent pasta.
The experience was partially ruined, however, by an atmosphere overly characterized by foreign flags here and there, symbols that have been widely advertised lately, which I found out of place in a traditional Roman osteria.
Personally, I would have preferred an atmosphere more in keeping with the cuisine, perhaps highlighting the Italian flag. A real shame: without this aspect, I would have given it one more star.

Delicious food. Very good value for money. The waitress is a crack. The only "but" is that the music speaker is broken and it sounds terrible.

As the owner of Polo Grandi Cucine, I often visit restaurants with a technical eye, and Osteria degli Artisti truly impressed me. Beyond the excellent quality of the food you see in the photos, you can clearly see the impeccable organization of the kitchen. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the service is prompt, a sign of cutting-edge professional equipment and well-planned workflows behind the scenes. It's rewarding to dine at places that invest in the quality of their kitchen work to deliver excellent results on the plate. A must-have for those seeking professionalism and integrity at the table.

My daughter and I often return to Riva del Garda; we were also there for the December 8th long weekend, and we enjoy dinner at Osteria degli Artisti. We love the always welcoming and authentic atmosphere. It's a great place to relax, offering Roman cuisine (gricia, carbonara, meatballs, and fabulous tiramisu) in a friendly atmosphere where contemporary art exhibitions often take place. The owners are lovely. Nanda and Rosanna, see you soon.

We just visited this restaurant run by Nanda, a fantastic hostess who jokes, welcomes, and cooks excellently! The prices are a bit higher than average, but the portions are also impressive, not to mention the quality of the dishes. The one in the photo is my trio of handmade pasta dishes: orecchiette with squid ink and broccoli, carbonara, and finally the griccia, which was phenomenal.

To call the experience positive would be an understatement. It's a Roman trattoria that you could call a true copy of Sora Lella's trattoria in every way...
