A restaurant for individualists – creatively decorated with loving details. The service was very attentive and friendly, and you can believe the owner when she says: "Pasta is for everyone in this restaurant!" It was very good, as was the wine! We would eat here again anytime – thank you.

The staff is fantastic, both kind and friendly. I also liked the idea of ​​being in a real Roman osteria—nothing too fancy that would make me feel uncomfortable. We had a Gricia and a carbonara, both excellent. The price might be a little higher than average, but the quality makes up for it. We'll definitely be back.

Is it possible to give the service 6 out of 5 stars? Quality service, the very friendly service is truly appreciated! The prices are certainly quite high for Italy, but when you taste their handmade pasta... you can't help but agree!!

We had a great meal: spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti with cheeks in tomato sauce (menu already sold 😇) were amazing. A teramisu for dessert, everything was excellent and completely satisfying. I don't understand the negative review below, but hey, not everyone appreciates fine dining, but we do. We're already looking forward to next time.

The friendly and professional service immediately makes you feel welcome. The pasta is simply amazing! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked pasta, and truly Italian flavors. It's clear the kitchen is passionate and meticulously meticulous. Definitely one of the best places for Italian food in the area!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante. Cibo ottimo, ben servito e soprattutto contornato dalla simpatia della titolare Nanda (ragazza stupenda). Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie grazie grazie.

Io insieme alle mie amiche abbiamo scelto questa piccola osteria per festeggiare il mio addio al nubilato. L’accoglienza è stata perfetta, non potevamo scegliere locale migliore, abbiamo mangiato e bevuto benissimo: tutto in tema rigorosamente romano. La proprietaria ha reso veramente il mio giorno un giorno speciale, non lo dimenticherò mai, grazie per l’accoglienza.

15/09/2025: Prime Rose's catering was extraordinary, and even today, months later, we and our guests often reminisce about the delicious dishes from our wedding. Emanuela and her team proved not only extremely professional and helpful, but also capable of offering impeccable service: always present and attentive, without ever being intrusive. We met Emanuela thanks to a recommendation for the venue we had chosen, and from our first meeting in her wonderful restaurant overlooking the lake, we were won over. We only had one real problem with her: choosing which dishes to include on the menu, because every single one was simply delicious! Thanks to her availability and rare expertise, we were able to create a menu that perfectly represented us and that thrilled all our guests. We highly recommend Emanuela and the entire Prime Rose staff: they will undoubtedly be the perfect choice to make your wedding lunch or dinner unforgettable.

21/08/2025: We had dinner in this nice and welcoming place, the food was excellent and plentiful and the staff were excellent.
15/08/2025: We had a truly generous appetizer of cured meats for two, with half a portion of polenta with mushrooms, followed by an excellent veal chop and two good bottled beers. I highly recommend it.
