Osteria de Maldè In Terracina

I went to Osteria De Maldè a few days ago and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined but not overly so, and the staff is kind and attentive. I'm celiac, and I admit, I'm always a little prejudiced when trying a new place. But here, I was truly surprised! I tried the red shrimp and pecorino cream pie, and it was simply exceptional: flavorful, balanced, with a perfect consistency. But the real surprise was the mixed fried fish (not just rings!): incredibly crispy, light, and above all, identical to the "normal" one. A rare find, gluten-free. You can sense the care, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention to detail. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to both celiacs and those who simply want to eat well.
