Fantastic experience. After the first time, we've been back again and again every time we're in the area, even though we live 600 km away. Everything was exceptional, from the first courses to the tiramisu to the appetizer specialties. Very friendly staff, family atmosphere. Super competitive prices. Highly recommended.

A typical osteria, located next to other similar osterias in Ariccia. A rustic atmosphere with a small indoor dining room and outdoor tables under a canopy. Next to the kitchen is a counter with cold cuts and a selection of appetizers. The traditional carbonara is excellent. The service is friendly and attentive. Great value!

An evening with friends on a Monday evening, greeted by the very kind and helpful owner, along with the waiter Patrizio, who joked with us from the start and was truly brilliant, polite, and friendly.
We enjoyed the food from the first course onward; the appetizer and their entrees were delicious, and the first courses were just as good. The atmosphere is the same as always, the air is fresh, and the prices are fair—perfect service, in our opinion, is something you're happy to pay for.

A true fraschetta! The staff is extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The quality of the products and preparations is top-notch, and the value for money is a pleasant surprise. The location is quiet, even in the middle of August.

The food and friendliness are top notch!!! The dishes are plentiful, as is the owner's helpfulness. The atmosphere is family-friendly. The only downside is the parking, which is difficult to find, but it's worth it.

The "Dar Compare" restaurant in Ariccia is renowned for its traditional Roman and Lazio cuisine, particularly its porchetta-based dishes, cured meats, and traditional cheeses. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. Good value for money. Recommended for an informal lunch or dinner.
