Very interesting menu and wine list with attention and research of quality product and dishes not obvious. Very balanced tasty sweetbreads. I will return to try other dishes, I am very curious. Even a simple tomato salad was transformed into a deliciously surprising dish. Always smiling and welcoming service.

Ho cenato con la mia ragazza a giugno 2025. Atmosfera molto bella con un patio esterno e varie lucine di corredo. Menu molto ricercato e con piatti rivisitati ed unione di prodotti tipici della zona con un tocco di estro.
Ottimo il risotto con squacquerone ed ossobuco.
Prezzi in linea con sant’arcangelo, primi da 15 a 18€, secondi da 22€.
Carta dei dolci un po’ sottotono, avrei preferito trovare anche un semplice tiramisù.

We had been there a year before for an aperitif and we still wanted to try the cuisine, and finally the opportunity presented itself on a hot and sunny day, Saturday 3 May. We had booked outside and they kindly allowed us to decide whether to prefer the inside instead since it was more ventilated, which we accepted willingly and they found an excellent solution, namely the table at the entrance, therefore straddling the dehor but in the shade, so as to still have a beautiful view, but cool. The menu is well structured, with a good choice between land, sea and vegetarian and there were also two equally inviting off-menu options. We had already spotted the vignarola on the website, which even in Rome itself in the right period is difficult to find in many places, let alone here, so we immediately took it. It is a fresher version, sautéed and therefore cooked on the spot rather than like the original version, but equally delicious, crunchy and tasty. The same can be said for the first courses, the risotto with squacquerone and ossobuco, truly excellent, and the manfrigoli creamed in shellfish and crustacean broth, excellently seasoned and executed. To accompany, a label that we really liked, "futura", cantina del Riminese. But the service was the jewel in the crown that sealed the whole lunch, an attention and care that are difficult to find in an osteria, at least I don't think I remember it ever happening with a similar quality. As an example and not limited to, my friend goes to the bathroom when the wine arrives and the very good Giulia, a girl who looked after us throughout the meal, asked if we preferred to wait for her to come back to open it too... never felt such attention elsewhere. A service perfectly balanced between care and relaxation, without ever being excessive, heavy, but rather friendly despite the care. A heartfelt applause. The place itself is really nice, even just for the lighting, which I would have stolen for my own home. The price is commensurate with what was stated, very honest. To return? Absolutely, and over and over again. Thanks to everyone, but especially to Giulia

Just a clarification on the menu the item appears: "pan-fried artichokes..." So artichokes written in the plural... instead...an artichoke arrived cut in half for the modest sum of €13. I would say a theft.
