⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A rare gem in Cattolica – passion, quality, and authentic hospitality We've been frequenting Joni for 3 years during our holidays in Cattolica, and each time it's confirmed: this place is truly excellent, not only for the extraordinary quality of the food, but above all for the passion and dedication the owner puts into his work. You can immediately sense how much he loves what he does: he explains each dish expertly, carefully selects the pairings, and knows every detail of the ingredients, even their shelf life! When he receives a compliment, his eyes light up: it's touching to see how much he truly cares about offering the best. The menu is simple but carefully chosen, with just a few dishes, all fresh, balanced, and well-thought out. Every course has a purpose; nothing is left to chance. Plus, the service is impeccable: polite, helpful, and always ready to find solutions for any special requests. Truly one of the best services we've ever experienced in a restaurant, even in tourist destinations where the tendency is often to "fill up." A place you'll always want to return to, confident in the knowledge that you'll eat well and feel welcomed like at home. Sincere compliments to all the staff and, above all, to the beating heart of the place: its owner.

The atmosphere and location were very pleasant, as were the staff. The food was top-notch!!! Highly recommended.

Everything was fine except the quantities... which were scarce....the skewers and chops were poor for the price paid, but at least they were good and cooked to perfection.

We had a family lunch, and we relied on the reviews we found online. The choice was spot on. Excellent appetizers (shellfish gratin and prawn Catalana), and first courses with fresh, hand-rolled pasta. A family experience thanks to the kindness of the owners. Highly recommended.

Un locale storico di Cattolica, con arredi e finiture d'epoca, conservati da diversi decenni e che caratterizzano il locale come "trattoria". Al netto della prima impressione (che non necessariamente deve essere positiva, poiché il locale appare un po' buio e agee), tutto va al suo posto: tovaglioli e tovagliette in carta, con su stampato il menu (ma sul tavolo troverete anche la carta dei vini, decisamente non "da trattoria" e con prezzi anche impegnativi); apparecchiatura semplice, con sole due posate; bicchieri ricercati, con decorazioni in pasta di vetro. Insomma, un locale che si vuole fare riconoscere dalla qualità del cibo, non per la raffinatezza della mise en place. E ci riesce, perché il cibo (tutto rigorosamente a base di prodotti dell'Adriatico) è di altissima qualità. Dagli antipasti (crostacei, coqullage, tartare di pesce etc) ai primi (provati gnocchi al pesce e tagliolini allo scorfano) e secondi (misto scottadito): tutto davvero ben. cucinato e ottimo. Il proprietario mi ha comunicato che il pesce viene acquistato direttamente "in situ", da un pescatore che riserva al locale il proprio pescato: quindi prodotto a km0. Insomma, una esperienza che si può consigliare senza paura di sbagliare. Prezzo non da trattoria ma assolutamente rapportato alla qualità di quello che vi verrà servito.

Location tipica da osteria romagnola, personale super gentile e professionale ma soprattutto pesce freschissimo e ottimamente cucinato. Apprezzatissimo il fuori menu' con il pescato del giorno. Ormai e' la seconda volta che torniamo e diventera' la nostra tappa fissa quando vogliamo mangiare il pesce.
