Excellent fish and meat dinner with good wine and impeccable service. A little noisy, but understandable given the three tables of business dinners. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cheerful.
We'll definitely return for another dinner, perhaps during a quieter time of year.

Osteria da Franco is more than just an osteria; it's quite difficult to define such a unique atmosphere at the foot of the Cansiglio.
You have to try it; the food and drink are good, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
The fish is superb (I don't eat meat), and the recipes are never boring and always seasonal.
Clean and hygienic everywhere.
The prices are reasonable for what you eat or drink.
In short, when you leave this "Osteria," you're already thinking about when you might return.

Excellent experience, very good food, nice wine list, very friendly staff, welcoming place. Beans, roots, and lard, a traditional dish, hard to find and made here with great skill. Excellent tartar, as was the rib eye steak. What can I say...see you soon!!!

Fantastic experience 💞 Sublime tartare, beans, radicchio, and lard—a traditional dish you won't find anywhere else, and worth the visit on its own. The rib-eye steak was fantastic, shared between two of us, and they brought us two plates with side dishes for each. The attention to detail for the customer is certainly not lacking, and the wine list is more than excellent.
Always courteous service in an elegant but not at all pretentious atmosphere, you feel at home.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, we'll be back for the tasting menu. ❤️

A very interesting place for the chef's creativity and experience.
The location is very pleasant and the perfect setting for a refined restaurant.
I've had lunch and dinner here both in the summer and winter: both times, the experience was very pleasant.
I found a wide selection of wines, but the Prosecco was truly excellent.
