Fantastic experience 💞 Sublime tartare, beans, radicchio, and lard—a traditional dish you won't find anywhere else, and worth the visit on its own. The rib-eye steak was fantastic, shared between two of us, and they brought us two plates with side dishes for each. The attention to detail for the customer is certainly not lacking, and the wine list is more than excellent.
Always courteous service in an elegant but not at all pretentious atmosphere, you feel at home.

Excellent experience, very good food, nice wine list, very friendly staff, welcoming place. Beans, roots, and lard, a traditional dish, hard to find and made here with great skill. Excellent tartar, as was the rib eye steak. What can I say...see you soon!!!

A very interesting place for the chef's creativity and experience.
The location is very pleasant and the perfect setting for a refined restaurant.
I've had lunch and dinner here both in the summer and winter: both times, the experience was very pleasant.
I found a wide selection of wines, but the Prosecco was truly excellent.

I ate there a while ago, good food, high quality, nothing to say, but the service was disappointing. I asked for a glass of Friulian wine and I heard the waitresses say I have to open a Friulian... well, if you have to, you should have said so, I would have ordered something else... anyway, I repeat, the food was excellent, let's hope everything is better next time so I can give it 5 stars.

We found it by chance while visiting the Caglieron, and it's a place clad in Indian stone and offers a tasteful table setting. We sample the creatively presented tartar with distinct and expertly chosen flavors. Gnocchi with chanterelle mushrooms are served with a generous, fresh sauce. Suckling pig with vegetables is melt-in-your-mouth and flavorful. The wine list is varied and thoughtful. Original desserts are also available. We'll be back and recommend it based on our wonderful experience.

Da Franco is a sure thing! We returned after a couple of years away and, surprisingly, we only found improvements. A constant quest for the best in incredible pairings and the highest quality. The service is always impeccable, and the wine list is everything you need because the dishes are the real stars.

....an excellent Osteria, with amazing food a great service. We didn't expect to find this in the small village of Osigo...but we did. A great food experience all together. Worth a detour!
