Excellent workmanship of the dishes, good suggestion for wines, quiet place clean and genuine environment. We ate meat but I also saw excellent fish dishes served. I recommend it also good value for money.

We chose Osteria da Franco for our daughter's baptism. The experience was above expectations. Impeccable organization, excellent, refined and quality dishes. Modern and tastefully maintained location. Courteous staff attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back!

Osteria da Franco is more than an Osteria, it is rather difficult to define such a particular environment at the foot of the Cansiglio. You have to try it, you eat well, you drink well, there is kindness and friendliness. The fish is super (I don't eat meat) and the recipes are never banal and always linked to seasonality. Cleanliness and hygiene everywhere. Prices are appropriate for what you eat or drink. In short, when you leave this "Osteria" you are already thinking about when you might return.

23/08/2025: It wasn't our first time at Trattoria Al Boccolo in Castelfranco Veneto, and as always, the experience was a pleasant one. On our way to Valdobbiadene, we stopped for lunch and were greeted by Fabio, who, with his warmth and friendliness, created a truly family-like atmosphere. The restaurant is intimate and well-kept, with soft background music that accompanies the moment without disturbing. We were welcomed with a delicious entrée, then my daughter enjoyed a flavorful tagliatella with ragù, made with love and attention to detail. My wife and I chose the tagliata di Sorana: thin, tender slices, seasoned simply with Maldon salt and Lake Garda oil, accompanied by baked potatoes and pan-fried carrots, all from their own garden. The Ripasso della Valpolicella recommended by Fabio rounded out a lunch that confirms this trattoria as an unmissable stop.
