A beautiful evening in March, expertly followed by Chez Diego, we chose fantastic snails bourguignonne, a 1350g grilled rib of Grigio Alpina Pretzhof for two with delicious side dishes and a super dessert (for two) Millefoglie di Ūfele with mascherpone cream.
For the wine Diego gave us good advice with a Nobile di Montepulciano DèRicci that paired well with the chosen dishes.
Very well-kept, clean and quiet environment, good level of service.
The bill was honest and without surprises for what we consumed.
To try again and recommended!

Locale piccolo, ma molto accogliente.
Ci fanno accomodare e nel portarci i menu ci chiedono se gradiamo subito dell'acqua.
Il menu è molto interessante: non mi aspettavo di trovare cibi e pietanze diverse dal solito. Si va da una zuppa di carciofi e patate, ad un prosciuttto spagnolo, passandp per un risotto zucca e polvere di liquirizia fino ad arrivare al piccione su salsa ai frutti di bosco. Nel menu non ci sono i vini; c'è la lista parlante, Diego, che in base a quello che si sceglie consiglia la bottiglia o un calice.
Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era delizioso.
Conto onesto. Buono il servizio.
Consigliatissimo.
E consiglio di prenotare con anticipo, visto che il locale ha pochi coperti.

Small place, but very welcoming.
They make us sit down and when they bring us the menus they ask us if we would like some water straight away.
The menu is very interesting: I didn't expect to find different foods and dishes than usual. They range from an artichoke and potato soup, to a Spanish ham, passing through a pumpkin and liquorice powder risotto up to the pigeon on wild berry sauce. There are no wines on the menu; there is the talking list, Diego, who recommends a bottle or a glass based on what you choose.
Everything we ate was delicious.
Honest account. Good service.
Highly recommended.
And I recommend booking in advance, as the place has few seats.

Nice and pleasant environment, always better to book as it is always full.
Diego has a great way of telling you about the dishes but above all he has a crazy culture of wine, the pairings are always spot on and precise, it's always nice to listen to all the descriptions and characteristics of the various cellars.
Paola's desserts are stratospheric.
