It's a trattoria where you can enjoy Tuscan cuisine, featuring homemade pasta made with special flours (hemp, chestnut, walnut, acorn, etc.). But the other dishes are equally as delicious. Our tasting: fresh pappardelle with wild boar ragù, tagliolini made with hemp flour, porcini mushrooms, and chopped hazelnuts, and caponata. Add to this the friendly service. Finally, the restaurant is located opposite the large parking lot in Piazza Mercatale, making it convenient to reach by car.
