I often find myself in Valfontanabuona and during my lunch break I stop here to eat. Tastefully renovated and clean environment, trained staff but a special applause to the kitchen and especially to their mandilli al pesto, thin to the right point, fantastic pesto (with the final mopping up of the sauce), a real delirium that will make your eyes roll, congratulations and see you soon! Highly recommended.

It's lucky to have such a jewel in Valfontanabuona: Quality of the dishes, friendliness and fantastic environment! Uniquely kind staff, united by an excellent quality of wines and dishes, but also a lot of attention for the little ones: a drawing "kit" is provided for children... small gestures much appreciated combined with a very beautiful location and excellent dishes! Highly recommended!😊

Trattoria with typical Genoese and fish dishes. The ravioli au tuccu, a typical ragu cooked for a long time with pine nuts, are excellent, the fish ones are good, the fried food and the desserts are excellent. Courteous and kind. Prices more than correct.

Eccellente sorpresa. Sono riuscito a trovare per pura fortuna un tavolo per due. Non conoscevo minimamente il locale ed è stata una vera sorpresa. Cibo ottimo e ben confezionato. Personale eccellente come la pulizia del locale stesso. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Locale carino, personale molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso, non esagero a dire eccellente ❤️ Cibo: calamarata ai frutti di mare buona, ravioli con tartufo ahimè a mio gusto niente di che. Fritto di pesce buono e per niente unto, patate a fette al forno molto buone 😋 tiramisù troppo cremoso e quasi privo di savoiardi. Prezzi dai 40 a 50 € provato x buone recensioni e per amici che erano andati, niente da dire, noi non torneremo. Grazie comunque per la disponibilità e gentilezza.

02/05/2025: We stopped for lunch today 02.05 after a tour along the seafront of Cogoleto. We weren't aware of the place, it's located a little further away from the walk... But what can I say! The restaurant was recently renovated, the light colors bring a lot of light and then Mr. Andrea, very nice. Excellent service, Mrs. Gabriella as well as a cook prepares sublime dishes. The fresh pasta first courses are very abundant, so much so that even with one first course you are full! After the pasta we also tried the mixed fry which was super successful. Despite the generous portions, they are still light as well as good and tasty. The dessert, excellent! Atmosphere with relaxing music in the background and the bill, compared to the quality and quantity of the food, is perfect.
