In the historic center of Siena, not far from the Quattro Cantoni, an elegant restaurant that combines traditional Sienese dishes with more innovative land and sea proposals. We had already discovered it about ten years ago and we found the quality we remembered. The environment is extremely well looked after, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. As mentioned, the menu alternates meat and fish dishes and confirmed expectations. More than reasonable bill. Without a doubt we recommend it!

The restaurant is characteristic and positioned inside a cave very close to Piazza del Campo. The cuisine is excellent in both quality and quantity. We had the pici with ragù, the sciatelli with very fresh clams, the tagliatelle. All accompanied by a pinot grigio recommended by the owner of the restaurant, a special host for his friendliness and hospitality. Even the desserts are worth it because they are homemade and very fresh. We soon have apple and chantilly cake and gianduia and pistachio pyramid. The price is more than fair. We noticed that it is frequented by locals. Highly recommended.

Experience on December 26th.
Very kind in welcoming and helpfulness on the part of the waiters given that there were six of us + dog. I gave the food three stars for the lack of a close-up (tagliolini with fresh truffle) when you find it on the menu. A lack of the owner since you are open.
It's not a negative criticism, but a disappointment since we are greedy for it

Something else, and we're not disappointed. Location very remote and only discovered with little luck. Nice opportunity to eat and drink outside on the very rustic built jetty.

Il ristorante è piccolo, ma molto bello e curato. Ho apprezzato tantissimo gli esterni in questa salita con piante e fiori ad ornamento. Il servizio è stato davvero notevole e veloce. I prezzi molto buoni.

Teniendo en cuenta que está en una zona turística que generalmente evitamos para la comida, este lugar era genial. La calidad y el precio son más o menos como lo que pago por una cena en Milán donde vivo. Está claro que el personal es muy apasionado por la comida y sus vinos, un buen conocimiento de ambos. Lo recomiendo y volveré por más!
