Menu with a good amount of options, including a good range of meat types. Excellent advice regarding the cooking of the meat. I would recommend cooking the pasta a little less for the first courses, ours was a little overcooked, but the sauces are very good. The only downside was the wait for the first courses to arrive, we waited more than 20 minutes.

We returned after a year and found the quality of the food and the level of service that had struck us the first time. The place is immersed in a spectacular olive grove. We will definitely return.

A truly enchanting place deserves 5 stars. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees in the places made famous by Carducci and the wines of Bolgheri, traditional Tuscan dishes accompanied by wines that not only represent the best of the local area but also of Tuscany. The highlights that I was able to taste were the homemade pasta with Tuscan ragù cooked at a low temperature and for a long time, the Fiorentina di Maremmana (1.55 kg) served with potatoes and in addition the sautéed chard, all truly exquisite. Positive notes are the meat cut and weighed at the moment that is shown to you before cooking and the ragù that seemed to me to be the one cooked by my father. The price is absolutely in line with the quality served, the wine chosen and obviously the unique place. If I pass by the area I will definitely return, it was a wonderful discovery.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was truly excellent. The location is simply stunning: attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere, The food lived up to expectations: I tasted an excellent selection of cold cuts, served with care and of the highest quality. The meat, then, was simply delicious, tender and cooked to perfection. The selection of wines is also of a high standard, with labels that enhance the flavors of the dishes. The staff was courteous and professional, always attentive but never intrusive. The quality-price ratio is honest, in line with the quality of the experience offered. A restaurant absolutely recommended for those looking for an excellent meal in a refined and welcoming environment. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful, well-kept location surrounded by greenery.. they have some vegetarian alternatives but a large part of the menu is meat-based. Good desserts, very generous portions
