We had a divine dinner! Tagliolini with deer ragout, donkey meat with mushrooms and walnuts, broad beans, millefeuille with cream, wine, water, mandarin and the person who welcomed us made us die laughing, very nice! Excellent price, super quality! Highly recommended!

An absolutely recommendable, truly typical Sardinian restaurant with outstanding cuisine. Rarely eaten so well. It's just a shame that we had to skip the "secondo piatti" because of the "primio piatti", the "antipasi", we only had room for the "dolce". The dessert was outstanding.
Just like the food, so is the wine list. A very high density of really good drops. From affordable (still very good wine) to the high end Cannonau, everything is there, with honest surcharges.
The service was very good and very warm. This is where Sardinia shows its most beautiful face.

We discovered the best food here! In Gavoi, a little away from the hustle and bustle, but this restaurant is really fantastic, and it's open for lunch! The pasta dishes were incredible and the tagliata di manzo con funghi porcini are unique! On the way back from Cagliari to Olbia we took another long detour to visit this fantastic restaurant and it was worth it!

Place discovered by chance while returning from an excursion to Punta La Marmora: rustic and welcoming place, friendly staff.
Very interesting menu with local dishes, wide choice of first and second courses and tasty appetizers.
Also possible off-menu with seasonal products.
It is clear that there is passion on the part of those who work!

Come ogni anno tappa fissa a Gavoi una perla nel Gennargentu, e tappa fissa da Rossano trattoria Borello a Gavoi.
Antipasti spettacolari la fonduta di pecorino una bontà e il porcetto che ogni anno chiediamo fantastico cotenna croccante che si scioglie in bocca.
