Excellent service, the owner Rossano immediately put my wife and I at ease... as if we had known each other forever... very friendly. The appetizer was plentiful and excellent, the cured meats of their production are delicious, for the first course we opted for the tagliolini with pork ragù with orange zest and toasted pine nuts. I, my wife had pumpkin ravioli with Fiore Sardo fondue, generous portions... excellent prices, in our opinion the best restaurant in Gavoi... highly recommended.

Ten days ago, we went to visit our son, who works in Gavoi, and we stopped for lunch at Osteria Borello. The atmosphere is excellent, everything is well-kept, and the owner, Mr. Rossano, is very friendly and welcoming. The food is truly delicious and carefully prepared. I had a plate of fusilli with pork sauce, orange peel, and toasted pine nuts, followed by baked potatoes and a tiramisu dessert with licorice liqueur on top. Everything was delicious. If you find yourself in this corner of Sardinia, go there—you won't regret it.

Osteria Borello is exactly the kind of restaurant that I dreamt of stumbling across when visiting Sardegna. The pasta was absolutely delicious, owner was so friendly and welcoming and a really lovely atmosphere. Very special experience!

Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the food. The mutton with peas was delicious, and the first course with aubergines, ricotta, tomato, and pecorino shavings was excellent. The orange dessert was also excellent. The price was reasonable for the food and service.
