Well-made Tuscan cuisine, typical tavern atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, excellent food quality, generous portions, in my opinion all they need is a sweeter blend of coffee, but that's my personal taste. Many reviews complain about the prices, but in reality, the cost of the dishes is proportionate to the quality of the ingredients and workmanship.

Some dishes were good, others were bland (they couldn't cook the foie gras; both portions were dry, practically burned; the spinach/turnips were so boiled that they were rinsed of all flavor, they couldn't be swallowed). The meat-based main courses were quite good. The wines were good but expensive. Eating and drinking very little, we spent €70/person, a lot for the quality of the cuisine.

Aside from the exorbitant price, which was reiterated by most of the customers who had reviewed the place before me, I'd say that the quality of the food, perhaps due to our risky choices, wasn't the best... the first courses were awful and the steak overcooked, and the wine was overpriced like nothing I've seen anywhere else until today...

Excellent traditional Tuscan osteria. Excellent food and delicious seasonal dishes. The family atmosphere makes everything even more enjoyable, not to mention the host! A truly friendly and joking person.

Noisy, tavern-like atmosphere, good food but no special highlights, chatty host, overpriced wines. I didn't see any tourists, but I'd say it was touristy.
