I had the pleasure of having lunch at this wonderful trattoria and I can say without hesitation that it was an exceptional experience. The environment is welcoming, familiar, with an authentic atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is attentive, friendly and never intrusive.
But the real star is undoubtedly the food - and in particular the meat: a true explosion of flavor. Extremely tender, cooked to perfection, tasty in every variation. From the most classic cuts to the most particular proposals, every bite was a pleasure. You can clearly perceive the quality of the raw material and the passion of those who prepare it.
A place where you eat divinely, especially if you love meat like me. Highly recommended to those looking for authentic flavors, generous portions and an experience that leaves its mark. I will definitely be back! I have never eaten such a good Fiorentina, I recommend it divinely

Excellent food, from appetizer to dessert, some courses "to go out into the street and smash your head against the wall" (quote from the owner 😅).

Esperienza eccezionale. É la vera osteria con l’oste a farla da padrone, che ti tratta diretto con la simpatia toscana, si siede al tavolo con te e si parla di ogni. Se non sei pronto a stare al gioco e ad aprirti un minimo, non è il posto migliore per te.
Detto ciò é davvero genuino: stando a Firenze, ho preferito prendere la macchina e venir qui per cena facendo 25min in auto, piuttosto che andare in una qualsiasi trattoria “commerciale del centro”.
É vero che i prezzi sono alti - nessuna truffa, basta leggere il menù: io avevo dei limiti al budget ed ho mangiato da Dio - ma almeno paghi tanto per la materia prima, poiché parlando con l’oste capiresti che c’è dietro.
I dolci sono fatti dalla oste.
In ogni caso la carne di manzo, quella buona buona, costa tanto.
