Osteria Arman In Treviso

Nice place, good first courses, perhaps a little limited in quantity compared to what we are used to in other places.

Historic place in the center of Treviso. Good wines, wide choice of whites, rosés, reds and sparkling wines. The Venetian cicheti (bread crostini with various fillings) are a must.

Excellent service made a late night reservation as we had just landed in Treviso. People were friendly and helpful. Food was very good I would recommend the Guinea Fowl pasta. Unusual not to have a drinks menu but the prices were reasonable! The bill for 3 of us came to €80 Half litre of Prosecco 1 beer and an aperol spritz Two pasta dishes, the monk fish pasta and Guinea Fowl. Large plate of meats and cheeses. Great value. Highly recommend this place and thank you for the reservation at last min (10pm)

Osteria a stone's throw from Piazza Signori. Service, food and drinks SUPER

A lovely restaurant that soon got busy with locals but we were a little disappointed with the food on the night we were there. The baked cheese and polenta was a little tasteless and my wife found her dish also disappointing. I’m sure it’s not true for everything and it’s a very nice place to try.

More than an osteria, the dishes presented seem to be from a gourmet restaurant. Beautiful creations but definitely not as abundant portions as one would expect from a typical osteria. The food overall was good (we ordered the creamed cod and prawns in saor appetizer, a plate of macaroni with duck sauce, where the sauce was very liquid, and a monkfish on pea cream. The bill seemed a bit high for an osteria: €80

Tipica Osteria sotto i portici nel centro di Treviso. Arredamento rustico e molto accogliente. Locale pienissimo di giovani per l’happy hour ma le salette ristorante sono libere. Baccalà mantecato e polenta: niente di che, la polenta era molto liquida mentre quella alla griglia non c’era… Gnocchi buonissimi con erbette e formaggio , molto buoni . Nella lista dolci mancava il tiramisù, nato a Treviso. Alla mia richiesta però, ci sono arrivati 2 bicchieri di tiramisù di buona qualità. Tovagliette e tovaglioli in carta; il conto -onesto- ci è stato portato come pure le varie portate, con la stessa rapidità di un servizio mensa: esagerato.

Con mia moglie volevamo un pranzetto veloce e da tempo avevamo adocchiato questa Osteria. Ci siamo andati a pranzo e, ingenuamente, non avevamo prenotato perchè non pensavamo fosse necessario: invece era tutto esaurito... Abbiamo chiesto se c'era la possibilità di gustare solo un primo veloce e gentilmente ci hanno trovato un tavolo "a tempo". Abbiamo avuto così la possibilità di gustare due primi molto buoni (spaghettoni quadrati con tonno ombrina carciofi e porri e tortelloni al gorgonzola e noci coditi con radichio e fonduta) due dolcini, visto che avevamo ancora un po' di tempo (io desidero provare da tutte le parti il tiramisù e l'ho trovato molto buono). Il tutto ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti e pensiamo di tornarci la prossima volta che torneremo a Treviso per cena in modo da poter consumare un pasto completo. Consigliato prenotare!!! Dimenticavo: personale gentilissimo
