On Thursday, August 21, 2025, for the second time in a month and a half, we visited this magnificent restaurant, and I enjoyed the best and most complete mixed fried fish I've ever eaten; crispy, with at least six different types of fish, plus octopus, shrimp, and crayfish.
The first courses, with homemade pasta, were also delicious, and there was a good selection of the catch of the day. All this in a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

I don't see the hotel as a place, so I'm reviewing both businesses here, given the single owner of both.

Food: Truly excellent quality food, with amazing raw fish and very fresh fish. The mixed fried fish (actually "paranza," with vegetables and various types of shellfish and other small fish) is also good.

Rooms: Small but well-kept and welcoming, with a smart TV, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator for chilling your drinks (two 1/2-liter bottles of water are added daily, one sparkling and one still). It's a shame about the double beds, which have unsuitable mattresses: two single mattresses joined by a single cover; one firmer and one softer.

For the service, I have to give two separate ratings for the hotel and the restaurant:
- Hotel: Excellent, with kind and polite staff, available to meet every need.
- Restaurant: The owner is kind and polite. It's a shame about the waitress with dark brown, curly hair, who was very arrogant in her manner and the way she addressed us. However, with the table next to us, she was considerate and treated us in a completely different way.

Location: Inconvenient and must be reached by car for both the hotel and the restaurant, with very few other options nearby.

We couldn't fully enjoy the food because we arrived late, but the very kind owner served us a quick snack outside, which was excellent. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

We took advantage of the boat trip on the Po Delta and Sacca di Scardovari to discover the oyster, mussel and clam farming surrounded by a wonderful natural environment that is also preserved thanks to the work of local fishermen and hunters. We were able to observe various species of birds such as herons, flamingos and various ducks, in addition to the fish fauna farmed in the area and the terrible blue crab, which is causing quite a few problems in these areas.
After the trip we were able to stop for lunch (upon reservation) at the tavern, where we were able to taste the excellent products offered, prepared with passion and skill. The bill was a little higher than I expected, but it was really worth it. Better to eat a little less but of quality! Really good. We really spent a very pleasant day.

Fresh fish not frozen!!! We returned for the second time from Arcadia and we ate like Kings, spectacular fried frogs like grandma used to make, exceptional stewed eel, octopus soppressa with basil, potatoes and cherry tomatoes, very soft stewed cuttlefish with white polenta. To finish, salted caramel ice cream with honey and millefeuille with mascarpone, a triumph of genuine flavors. We couldn't miss the 22-year-old Barricata grappa and the coffee...WOW!!!! Well done Pamela and her staff!!! And I forgot the spectacular Ostrabora raw oysters!!! Today, June 6, 2025, we returned from Arcadia and it did not disappoint, a sublime raw fish, fantastic enormous oysters, exceptional eel broth, superlative aubergines with mussels, what can I say when someone works well they are not afraid of anyone. WELL DONE PAMELA AND MOM!!!

Locale, situato a Santa Giulia, piccolo borgo nello splendido Delta del Po'. La cena in questo locale rappresenta la giusta conclusione di una escursione tra le valli, sacche, campi che rendono unica questa zona d'Italia (non sono della pro-loco). Personale cordiale, locale piccolo ma curato, menù non particolarmente lungo, ma accattivante. Noi abbiamo mangiato un ottimo risotto al pesce e quindi ci siamo fatti tentare dalla frittura mista da dividere in due (la signora ci aveva avvertito che ora abbondante), 40 euro, ma avrebbero potuto mangiare tranquillamente 4 persone, Pesce, crostacei, molluschi locali, oltre 10 specie fresche e ben trattate.
Prezzo in linea con la qualità e la quantità

L'osteria Arcadia è una garanzia: il cibo è di alta qualità, preparato con maestria, la semplicità della tradizione viene coniugata con la freschezza e la bontà della materia prima e i piatti, pur rispettosi delle antiche ricette sono, oltre che squisiti, anche preparati e impiantati in modo innovativo. Le porzionii sono adeguate, i prezzi sono onesti, data l'alta qualità del prodotto, se ne esce veramente appagati!
