A very welcoming place with a very friendly host. Excellent food and good house wine.

Beautiful experience, excellent and authentic food, they made us feel welcomed and cared for like family.

I had dinner with friends; we had a platter of cold cuts, which were really good, and some excellent first courses. The service was quick, though a bit too informal. The only negative, albeit minor, was the coffee, one of the worst I've ever had. Since it's under new management, I think the foundation is solid, and with a few tweaks, it could become one of the best osterias in the city center.

If a friend calls me and tells me he's going to Padua, I'd tell him... I know where you should eat! Jokes aside, we discovered it by chance, and since we were meeting up with friends, it was chosen. As soon as we arrived, the owner behaved as a host should in an osteria, with jokes and kindness. When we got to the table, we found ourselves in a typical osteria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters, two polite and helpful young men, took turns at our table, making sure nothing was ever missing. We ordered bigoli, bean soup, sardines in saor, cod and tartar... the food was excellent and cooked just like your mother would have made. It was truly delicious... in short, 4 first courses and 4 second courses, wine, water, coffee, and various other dishes... we spent about 35 euros each... the best part was that as we walked back, we realized that even though we were really full, none of us felt heavy... WELL DONE GUYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

A fantastic place, with a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and a truly Italian vibe. 😊 A true osteria for a family gathering or a group of friends. During our stay in Padua, we spent several beautiful evenings here enjoying typical Veneto cuisine – intimately, among the locals, unhurriedly, sipping homemade wine and, after dinner, enjoying a delicious limonetta or licorice. The host was charming and caring, everything was exceptional, though the place was unassuming and away from the main tourist routes – and it's precisely such places that we always look for to experience an authentic taste of Italian holidays. 😍 We highly recommend it. 🥰

A very cute place with tables both inside and out. The owner is always there and is happy to joke with everyone, as well as explain the dishes. I understand who highlighted the chicken in saor: I've never had one in almost 60 years of life, but I was amazed by the deliciousness of the preparation, an explosion of flavors. The bread is delicious; I've never tasted bread so crumbly. And it goes down well. As does the ruby red wine. See you next time!
