Excellent food and generous portions. A welcoming place where you can experience the flavors and aromas of home. The staff is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this place. Excellent value.

Post-graduation dinner. We each had one dish, but everyone was very satisfied. The musso stew was excellent and very tender, the first courses were well-cooked and well-seasoned. The owner is a friendly and professional waiter. The bill was fair and honest. Coffee and a digestif were included. If you're in Padua, it's worth a visit.

Friendly and courteous, but the food doesn't live up to this historic venue. We tried both first and second courses but weren't satisfied. The pasta was more than al dente, lacking in the sauce, and the meat was a bit too fatty. The portions are adequate, and the options are varied. The staff is confused about the wine selection: having no idea what's on offer and going by intuition isn't very reassuring. A white wine isn't necessarily suited to white meat and fish, just as a red isn't mathematically structured and powerful enough to pair with braised meat or game. The wine list isn't extensive; please give us, the customers who ask for your opinion, a little more awareness.

By chance, while strolling through Padua's porticoes, we were drawn by the good music discreetly playing through the restaurant's large antique windows. We decided to pop in just for a business card, but after a brief conversation with the owner and chef, we decided to stay for dinner. The restaurant is very welcoming, as is the friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth staff. The food is good and the bill is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it. If I had to find a flaw, perhaps the portions are a bit large.

Beautiful experience, excellent and authentic food, they made us feel welcomed and cared for like family.

I had dinner with friends; we had a platter of cold cuts, which were really good, and some excellent first courses. The service was quick, though a bit too informal. The only negative, albeit minor, was the coffee, one of the worst I've ever had. Since it's under new management, I think the foundation is solid, and with a few tweaks, it could become one of the best osterias in the city center.

If a friend calls me and tells me he's going to Padua, I'd tell him... I know where you should eat! Jokes aside, we discovered it by chance, and since we were meeting up with friends, it was chosen. As soon as we arrived, the owner behaved as a host should in an osteria, with jokes and kindness. When we got to the table, we found ourselves in a typical osteria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters, two polite and helpful young men, took turns at our table, making sure nothing was ever missing. We ordered bigoli, bean soup, sardines in saor, cod and tartar... the food was excellent and cooked just like your mother would have made. It was truly delicious... in short, 4 first courses and 4 second courses, wine, water, coffee, and various other dishes... we spent about 35 euros each... the best part was that as we walked back, we realized that even though we were really full, none of us felt heavy... WELL DONE GUYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
