Fixed menu for lunch, amazing. Very good: sliced ​​beef + 2 side dishes + pasta with mushrooms + 1/4 of wine for thirteen euros. Very little for the cut of beef! Great food. Lots of parking, the only flaw are the bathrooms, which are outside the venue and cold. It's not good in formal contexts, but only with easy-going people.

I was here for dinner: La Vaporiera offers two menus, one based on meat and the other based on fish at the price of 30 Euros (including starter, first course, second course, water, wine and coffee). The dishes are very tasty and of the right size, so you leave absolutely full. The place is absolutely recommended, it is advisable to book to be sure of finding a place. We will definitely be back.

Delicious experience at the Vaporiera. Excellent food, friendly staff attentive to customer needs. I had dinner here on a Saturday evening and ate a seafood starter (octopus with sweet and sour peppers, prawns wrapped in bacon and swordfish carpaccio), then lasagne with prawns and swordfish on a bed of broccoli cream served with a side of potato rösti, including water, wine and coffee I spent €30. There is also the possibility of choosing only 2 courses instead of 3 (cost €24). Great find, I will definitely be back!

It is eaten immediately, abundantly and above all well. The meat is juicy reminiscent of those of my grandmother. They don't resort to too much salt, and you can't tell anything about the house wine.

24/08/2024: Locale accogliente, elegante per passare una serata allegra in compagnia, con un vasto e ottimo menù a disposizione. Titolare e personale gentili e premurosi, insomma un locale eccellente.
10/08/2024: My absolute favorite place for fried calamari!!!! Even the sandwiches eh... 😜😜😊😊😊 I recommend it with my eyes closed. Book well in advance because as it is not very large, it is always very crowded! More than 5 stars

11/12/2024: More than a trattoria, a restaurant a few steps from the castle and the Christmas markets of Trento. There is a small room on the upper floor and a room in the basement. Maybe a little too many seats given the space. Good food, probably worth trying out of season. In periods of high flow one gets the impression of "quantity at the expense of quality". Long service times. Prices average for the city, therefore medium-high.
