Osteria Al Rustico In San vito al tagliamento

Passing by on a weekday, we stopped by this family-run osteria for lunch. The rustic atmosphere is very quaint, small but welcoming. The place wasn't very crowded, so service was quite quick. The staff was a little annoyed and impatient, but the food was absolutely in line with expectations. When we got the bill, however, we were all shocked: absurdly, we'd paid €25 each for just three simple first courses with three side dishes, a bottle of water, and a 1/4 bottle of house wine. So, we checked the receipt again and realized that the price of a quarter of wine was €4.50, the price of water was €3.00, and the mixed salad was €5.00! Truly insane prices considering it's called an osteria and not a restaurant.

The staff were incredibly friendly; we brought our dog with us without any problems. The food was excellent; you could tell everything was homemade, and the ingredients were fresh and excellent. A wonderful discovery, and we'll gladly return.

Good food, you feel it is home made, good menu, wine list ok. Parking not too far from the restaurant. Famous for meat, even if I got baccalà…it was good

The appetizers are worth trying, the first courses are excellent, and the frico is exceptional. The price is more than fair.

Nice place, typical osteria. The food is quite good, average, though the portions are a bit small for the price, which isn't typical of an osteria.

Very nice and welcoming restaurant with ample parking in front. The food was really excellent as was the service. The price is really a plus considering the quality of the food.

Seconda cena in terra friulana e scelgo questo posto sulla base delle recensioni. Arrivo alle 20 e sono solo ma nessun problema, la carinissima cameriera è tutta x me! Volendo provare il frico ma avendo anche voglia di carne chiedo se è fattibile l’abbinamento e (giustamente) mi risponde che se ho fame si più fare e procedo! Frico molto gustoso accompagnato da polenta senza patate come era scritto nel menu, ottimo inizio; proseguo di tagliata argentina con patate arrosto, morbida e gustosa. Non sazio vado di semifreddo con amaretto se non ricordo male buono! Acqua naturale x 45€! Posto molto carino da tipica osteria di paese, conduzione famigliare gentile ed attenta. Esco soddisfatto ma soprattutto sazio!!

Tipica osteria del nord italia a conduzione famigliare. Un gioiello. Cucina con ingredienti di stagione, del territorio e tanta passione da parte di tutto lo staff. Un piacere pranzare qui…piatti cucinati sapientemente, personale sorridente che ti fa sentire a casa. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con il mercato. Locali del genere sono patrimonio dell’unesco
