Excellent tortelli with pumpkin and amaretto, very good also the bigoli alla mantovana, attention to intolerances, extreme kindness

We stopped for lunch, unfamiliar with the place. I'll start by saying that the place was crowded, and the staff was very busy. Unfortunately, the service was truly embarrassing: we waited twenty minutes to order, another twenty for bread, and the water arrived even later. After more than 50 minutes, the appetizer arrived, and only after an hour and a half did the main course arrive. It's understandable that there were so many people, but at least there was a gesture, an explanation, but nothing. Not even when it came to the bill: silence. Not even the ritual "is everything okay?" I can imagine the girl's embarrassment, but it's not pleasant. The food is good, the prices are a bit above average but acceptable, except for drinks, which are €5. Avoid if you see more than half the tables occupied.

Wonderful place, a top-notch location with attention to detail, not to mention the food.... I ate sea bass that tasted like butter in my mouth, and they make an octopus appetizer that's wonderful.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They also offer a wide range of cultural experiences, from local dishes to Mediterranean cuisine, including Moroccan cuisine, and even halal meat for Muslims. I'm giving it 5 stars for everything only because I can't give it more, but it deserves more.

I had pike with salsa verde for dinner. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it.

A charming and beautiful location on a very quiet alley. Soft background music. Excellent and plentiful dishes, excellent wine quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend a visit, you won't regret it.

Highly recommended! The dishes were truly delicious. We spent €60 for two, including an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, two waters, and a cover charge. It's family-run. It's the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner without feeling rushed. Definitely a place to return to, and also try the Moroccan cuisine, because if the traditional Mantuan dishes are delicious, the Moroccan ones are just as good.

A refined and welcoming atmosphere. Quick service. The cured meats appetizer was fresh and plentiful for two. It's a shame the risotto alla Mantovana was a bit too dry compared to what we've experienced with this dish at other restaurants. Ideal for couples.

The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The prices are a bit high, but we're in the center of Mantua, and the quality of the food easily justifies them. I appreciated the menu's logical selection of local, Mediterranean, and Moroccan dishes. The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant, even though it was a bit chilly at lunchtime. The tables are slightly small, and two people can easily fit together. The service is discreet, friendly, and always available. I appreciated the elegant gesture of bringing the menu back after each course without being asked. A convincing experience. I'll be back.
