Excellent restaurant, food for 10, friendly staff, we definitely recommend that you visit them. Note, it is advisable to make a table reservation because without a reservation you will hardly find a place.😍😍

Very good food, generous portions and quality raw materials. We tried different dishes, from pizza to first courses up to polenta with different accompaniments and it was all really good. Friendly staff, the owner is really friendly, nice and full of passion for her work. Compliments!

We were on holiday in Santa Maria Maggiore and we met this fantastic pizza restaurant and its wonderful owner, today we took advantage of a motorbike tour starting from Varese to go to lunch. Al Cortiletto welcomed us with the warmth of old friends, food as always very good and the service always with a smile makes it a very pleasant addition. What more can I say? Typical restaurant serving fresh and high quality products, warm and family atmosphere. Impeccable service with attentive staff speaking several languages. I highly recommend ! Excellent value for money, I will return with great pleasure!

Excellent family evening, I had a blast!! I highly recommend the tartare as well as the blueberry dessert accompanied by ice cream and whipped cream. Fast service and good humor!

07/07/2024: If you are on Lake Maggiore and are looking for a quiet and special place to eat by the lake, let me tell you about the La Bruma restaurant in Belgirate. As soon as you arrive, you will find yourself faced with a breathtaking view of the lake which alone is worth the trip. The outdoor restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, without frills, perfect for a lunch with friends or a romantic dinner. I started with a fresh fish starter which was simply delicious. But the real protagonist was the fish lasagna, creamy at the right point and full of flavour. Even the grilled octopus is no joke, with generous portions and perfect cooking. And to finish on a high note, don't miss the homemade tiramisu – a real delight! The staff is friendly and always ready to have a chat and give excellent advice on dishes and wines to pair. The service is relaxed, which allows you to enjoy every moment. Perfect for those who want to enjoy a calm and peaceful lunch La Bruma is truly an unexpected place, ideal for a quiet dinner with a lake view.
08/06/2024: I’ve been all over the world and lucky enough to eat at the best steak restaurants. Then I come here and have the best steak I have had in my life. Amazing. The ice cream was so delicate. Everything put together with the kind owner and staff makes this my #1 experience. Thank you so much 😊
