Osteria Al Buso In Spilimbergo

The real Friulian tavern. Simple but quality dishes and trained and helpful staff. Good choice of local wines and more than honest prices.

We came in for an aperitif and chatted for two hours without anyone putting pressure on us. Excellent crostini, welcoming and kind hosts.

Truly a "Buso"... a small osteria of those classic true Friulian ones that warm your soul and delight you with a good glass of wine and excellent cicchetti, if you are around Spilimbergo it is worth a stop for an aperitif but also just to have a chat while sipping a good Friulian "taj".

Historic place in Spilimbergo, they always have excellent wines carefully chosen by the owner, they can be accompanied with a large variety of crostini with excellent Friulian specialties such as salted cheese, donkey with caramelized red onion, musetto or creamed cod. Everyone very kind. Excellent quality! Highly recommended if you pass through Spilimbergo
