Opened a couple of years ago in the historic Centocelle neighborhood, Osteria 23 is a true gourmet osteria offering excellent, varied Italian cuisine with Japanese influences in some dishes. The restaurant is charming, atmospheric, and expertly managed by hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Prices are affordable and wait times are reasonable. My wedding anniversary was a real success. Definitely worth a try.

This is my second time here, and it's been a wonderful discovery. I don't live in the area, but I return every now and then because, in addition to the warm welcome and exceptionally helpful waiters, the food is truly excellent. The beef tartare remains my favorite; I've never had such a delicious and well-seasoned tartare. The tonnarelli with octopus is also worth a try! The octopus is truly tender and cooked to perfection. Whether you're with friends or your partner, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant evening that won't disappoint.

Great welcome, excellent service, and amazing food. I'm in love with this place and the dishes they offer. Yesterday, we had dinner with a group of friends and took the opportunity to try their fresh pasta... the first courses were delicious, and the appetizers were also well received. Overall, well-made dishes and quality food. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
