29/12/2024: I have to say everything is just right here. The hospitality when checking into the hotel, as well as the very large, clean rooms. We stayed 4 nights. The dinner is sensational. @matthiasleimer cooks like a young god. The turbot with the lemon risotto was a delight. The staff super friendly. Truly an outstanding host to recommend.

10/11/2024: A really wonderful atmosphere. Great, old castle. The children's menu is really great. You can color the card, a really great idea. The service was very nice and accommodating. We got a place in the room. The furnishings and the set table are really great. The bread basket at the place setting was very varied and you had to hold back in order not to get full with bread. Starter, main course and dessert were a poem. From beetroot to veal tartare to sashimi, everything was there. The mountain trout was super cross-fried and had a great taste. When staying in South Tyrol, I can only recommend that you treat yourself to culinary delights at the Hanswirt in Rabland. We'll definitely come back.
