2 of us showed up without reservations for a theatrical event and with little time available. However, we were welcomed with courtesy and made to sit on the patio under the arcades.
The service was friendly, attentive, with a sincere and affable sense of hospitality.
The menu includes an average of 6/7 dishes per course with different Tuscan specialties.
Given the limited time available, we were well advised for an appetizer and a first course which we shared with a good glass of Chianti DOCG. The appetizer included the typical Florentine coccoli accompanied by stracchino and excellent raw ham. Then green gnocchi with herbs and oysters. All very good.
The value for money is correct considering also a slice of excellent homemade fig tart that is mouth-watering. I hope to have the opportunity to return and taste the meat options that tempted me but that the time available did not allow. I recommend it.

We went to Ostaria al Bacareto for dinner, by chance since we were in Conegliano...
Already on the phone, the owner's kindness attracted us and, even though it was sold out, we went there anyway.
Once we arrived we were greeted by the owner and the staff who made us wait just a few minutes before getting ready
a table.
The atmosphere of the place immediately made us return to our beloved Tuscany. Warm welcome from all the staff, attentive but never intrusive. Sincerity and frankness in the advice and above all the great friendliness of the owner.
The dishes, typical of Tuscan cuisine, are simple but never banal, prepared with care and with excellent raw materials.
The best meat I've ever eaten! Comparable only to that tasted in the Chianti taverns.
Speaking of Chianti... The wine we tasted (Un Chianti DOCG) is from the same Ostaria, also of excellent quality, essential to better appreciate the flavors of the cuisine!
What can I say, apart from the fact that we will definitely return, this is one of the best places we have been to and we would recommend it to anyone who wants...

We took a Chianina rib, it seems who knows that instead everything is normal let's say, a clarification: at least after all the money it costs, it would be appreciated if you at least asked us if we want spices on it, something I hate with all my heart on meat, the spices are used to cover the taste of low quality meat.
The good one only needs salt, anything else would ruin the taste

Opto per i bocconcini di taleggio e la vera ribollita accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di rosso toscano e devo dire che la scelta è stata giusta.
I proprietari portano subito al tavolo del pane, dei grissini e della focaccia buonissima.
Servizio molto buono e attento.

Nel centro di Conegliano questo locale è una piacevole sorpresa: non è grande, ma lo spazio è ottimizzato al meglio garantendo una certa provacy. I piatti della cucina Toscana sono molto curati e presentati con un bell'effetto estetico. Buona la cantina, ottimi i dolci. Il tutto incorniciato dall'affabilità del gestore, toscano fino al midollo, che riesce a rendere speciale una cena normale.
