It is still my favorite Japanese restaurant, even with the menu change it remains the best. Well prepared dishes, excellent food quality. Well done Osen, well done everyone💪 I always recommend.

For me the osen restaurant is a fixed stop every time I come to Alessandria. It's some of the best sushi I've ever eaten and the staff is super friendly with super fast service. Highly recommended!

As far as I'm concerned it's the best restaurant in its category. Good food, super friendly and helpful staff, a really welcoming and well-furnished environment. Furthermore, we have already had the guarantee that the food is always fresh many times! Fantastic...

IMO

27/12/2024: It's my favorite tied with another. There are dishes that, especially at lunch, are not often seen, and the taste is decidedly good. The water is 0.75, not per litre Edit 12/27/2024: unchanged quality, I continue to like it very much, now that unfortunately my other favorite has closed, this restaurant is my point of reference when it comes to sushi. Good food builds loyalty, true, but I have to admit that I miss not receiving the "like at my aunt's" treatment. Perhaps that builds loyalty even better and, at least for solitary souls like me who eat alone, an extra little word when it comes to the bill is nice.
