Tried for dinner on March 6, 2026. Location: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Alessandria. Decorated in a fairly traditional style, it has three separate, well-lit rooms. We had made a reservation and were immediately greeted upon arrival by the wait staff. Menu: As with all "all-you-can-eat" restaurants of this type, the menu is quite extensive. The food is good quality. Try the "boat" platter, which contains a variety of tastings ranging from sushi to sashimi, totaling about 40 items (a smaller version is also available). The soups and fried foods are also excellent. Service: The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. Orders can be placed via QR code with your phone or tablet (request). The dishes began to arrive after just 5-6 minutes of waiting. The wait time was the same for reorders (I'd be curious to know, once and for all, how they handle orders in the kitchen, given that at other restaurants, the average wait to start eating is 15-20 minutes). Bill: in line with other restaurants in these chains (drinks and desserts are paid separately). Definitely worth trying again.

This has been our first choice for sushi night in Alessandria for a while now. The owners are always kind and helpful, the atmosphere is clean, and the ingredients are top-quality! Always a pleasure to eat here—the best sushi in Alessandria!!
