Enchanting location nestled among the vehicles of the historic center of Allumiere.
They immediately welcomed us with enormous professionalism, kindness and helpfulness.
The service is friendly to customers and friendly to each other.
It is a quiet and relaxing environment where you can spend a few hours in peace
Almost immediately they brought us an appetizer of bruschetta of vegetables cheese meats.
The appetizer continued with a wild boar canapé beyond perfection and a delicious ricotta. In all this, the love for cooking, the great professionalism but above all the indisputable quality of the ingredients was very clear.
The dinner continued with a pig for which I would have liked to ask for a knife but then I realized that the meat is so delicate and well cooked that it could easily be separated with a fork.
The seasoning is very similar to porchetta but the selected meat is totally lean, very well hydrated and very tasty and excellently balanced with salt and other spices, a very light spicy undertone amplifies the delicious flavor of the meat.
The entire dinner continued in harmony with the positive comments of the customers and compliments addressed directly to the owner, compliments that I also address to him with this review.
This location is simply enchanting, it is an experience of taste and an experience of psychophysical well-being.
All excellently concluded with home-made desserts that were nothing short of wonderful.

È stato un pranzo veloce ma sufficiente per decidere di ritornare presto. Un carpaccio di funghi porcini freschissimi e deliziosi, tagliatelle fatte in casa ai porcini, cremosi e molto ben condite, una zuppa di porcini asparagi selvatici e patate, ed un conto assolutamente ragionevole. Servizio veloce e cortese.

venivo in questo ristorante da bambino quando Allumiere era un paese tanto tanto diverso, e molto lontano dalla città. poi ci sono venuto a spot negli anni e devo dire che la qualità non è mai calata, anzi. Se nei decenni passati la cucina era soprattutto fatta da piatti tradizionali, oggi è un misto di tradizione e innovazione, con piatti comunque adatti a soddisfare le famiglie semplici ma anche le più esigenti. fettuccine al ragù bianco di chianina oppure alla provola e zucchine, cinghiale e spezzatino, verdure fresche, con un buon cesanese (vini locali assenti purtroppo ma non per colpa dei ristoratori) , il Racemo della cantina Olivella. In the small town of Allumiere, the Orsola restaurant stands out.
I must say that the menu was really tasty and with generous portions.
We saw the care and research in the cuisine, both in the first courses and in the second courses and also in the desserts.
Good and varied starters.
The trofie with yellow tomato and burrata and the gnocchi with asparagus, provola and cherry tomato were delicious.
