A great little cafe, well decorated and welcoming. The products are not bad, however in my opinion the recipe for cold brew in summer can be revised, and the friendliness of the young service has a good margin for improvement (or I am not the right clientele for this place, this which I doubt because I am a very good customer of specialty coffees in general). And if I may, because I'm not used to choice in this type of place: I would love it if they offered a good matcha latte, and also the almond milk option (I hate oat milk ). To the wise!

The coffee is excellent and the staff is very welcoming (I recommend the flatwhite ☺️) The hazelnut chocolate croissant is incredible! A nice little place to drink excellent coffee

Delicious special coffees served at the right temperature. Very welcoming atmosphere. The brioches are also very good (the swivel in particular is fantastic!) and at a good price.

Very nice place a few steps from the Valentino park in Turin. Intimate and pleasant environment, with few seats. For breakfast we tried a cinnamon and orange swirl and a pain au chocolat (recommended by the staff as they are "popular"). We liked them. There are many types of coffee blends that I would like to taste, hence the name "coffee laboratory", which is why I will return. You can also find croissants with jam, pistachio, custard, yogurt, homemade cakes, toast and much more. The bathroom is located outside, outside the room. Quick service. Advise! ❤️
