Efficient and pleasant service. We came twice in 4 days in Turin. The coffee is very, very good and the prices are very affordable. Plant-based milk options are available.

One of my favorite bars!! Good food, cozy place, and the girl with the blue eyes always makes me laugh.

A beautiful place, great service, and variety. We had the white latte and the croissant with custard, and everything was delicious.

There's no denying it: the first impression you get when you enter a place is the welcome you receive. And while the barista immediately demonstrated attentiveness, helpfulness, and great kindness, the same certainly can't be said for the waitress, who tends to observe customers as they enter, deciding how rudely to treat them. It ranges from barely concealed irritation to inexplicable resentment, to the extreme where she completely ignores the person in front of her, perhaps hoping they'll get impatient and walk away, saving her from having to endure their presence any longer. The scene would seem almost comical, were it not for the fact that rudeness, in a job so closely connected to the public, is certainly not recommended. Thus it happens that the coffees, which should be the heart of the experience, are—it's true to say—made even more "bitter" by an unprofessional attitude. What a shame!

Great specialty coffee, seating outside and inside, kind sevice, lovely pistachio croissant, reasonable prices - what else to ask? They also sell coffee beans from different parts of the world. A big plus for us - they have oat milk. We felt like locals here, so totally recommend. (We had 2 oat milk flat whites and one pistachio croissant)

Orso me fue recomendado por un cliente en Artifact como el único lugar en Torino con café de calidad comparable. Ciertamente lo es - y luego algo. Una gran selección de cafés, tostados y métodos, elaborados y servidos por personal joven amable y bien informado, en un espacio con una gran vibra - tanto por dentro como por fuera. Tuve un filtro de macchiato y un filtro V 60, ambos ofrecidos con una selección de orígenes individuales, deliciosos y hábilmente hechos. ¡Sin duda volveré!
