Despite the language barrier, the service is friendly and helpful, and the food is of good quality. We visited twice during our two days in Cogoleto.

A pretty good place for a delicious lunch of fresh seafood. I recommend the set lunch, which consists of two courses. We had seafood pasta and mussels. The portions aren't particularly large. It's located close to the beach on the waterfront.

We stopped because we were passing through.... We ordered fresh tagliolini with seafood and mixed grilled fish.... To say excellent is an understatement!!!!! We will definitely be back!

Dinner with family! We chose this restaurant because we hadn't been before. It was incredibly perfect from start to finish! I opted (off the menu) for the red tagliatelle with shellfish sauce (divine)... my 9-year-old son chose the ravioli stuffed with octopus and potatoes with seafood sauce (fantastic)... my husband and my other son chose the mussels and fried anchovies. These dishes were also delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was fast... I highly recommend them!

Super fresh fish, a friendly, family-run restaurant that cares about its guests. Perfect for a casual lunch by the sea. For those passing through: you can keep an eye on your car thanks to the parking lot across the street.

Lights and Shadows: Excellent Service, Cuisine Needs Improvement "Our experience at Oronero had its upsides and downsides. PROS: The courtesy and promptness of the staff were truly appreciated. We managed to dine without a reservation, and the service was impeccable. CONS: The food didn't wow us. The linguine with clams was rather bland, and the fried squid lacked crispiness. A small note on the ambiance: personally, I would remove the photos of the dishes and all the hanging cards, which give the place a local market feel and detract from the kitchen's work. At first glance, the decor almost made me change my mind. With a few tweaks, the atmosphere would be greatly improved. Ultimately, a restaurant with good service but with considerable room for improvement in the cuisine and presentation.

Excellent food, super friendly and professional staff, outdoor location overlooking the sea. Prices are more than reasonable. The wait is normal, if not quick. Honestly, I struggle to understand some of the reviews I've seen.
