We went to this really cute little place for lunch on a Saturday. The menu is definitely unique and interesting. The menu features a lot of meat. We had a truly excellent first course, linguine with lemon calamari, and a second course of meat, pork ribs with a sauce, equally delicious. As a welcome, they served a wine, vegetables (excellent!), focaccia barese, and fried bread. Perhaps a little too much bread.
The atmosphere is truly refined, yet rustic. I just felt the welcome was a little sterile.
I would gladly return!

Truly a magnificent place in the pure countryside, with meticulously maintained interiors. My only regret is that, going in the evening, I couldn't admire all the surrounding beauty in daylight. Although on a beautiful winter evening, the countryside has a sacred charm. A prestigious wine cellar with excellent local wines. The cuisine: excellent from the first course to the last. The textures of the food, the balance of flavors, all the result of an undoubtedly expert hand. The staff is generally professional and highly trained, without being invasive. One of the few places where you can enjoy unusual yet genuine dishes, in a refined yet authentic setting. We will definitely return.

Recommended by a friend... I booked at Origano for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception... and I already had a great impression.... They were kind.... They asked us if we had any intolerances.... and my wife really appreciated it, being allergic to shellfish....
They advised us to arrive early so the children could eat right away.... and to avoid the kitchen being crowded.... these are details that make all the difference....
We arrived and were seated on the veranda at a table with too much sun... I asked to move... and they immediately found more than one option for us.... always very kind....
Slim menu, not too many choices.... I prefer it....
We skipped appetizers.... we ordered first and second courses...
But then a lovely surprise....
Welcome glass....
Welcome focaccia and crostini....
Olive oil tasting....
We felt truly pampered...
Spectacular first courses...
Amazing second courses...
And then the truly refined desserts... Excellent....

I chose the tasting menu with matching wines.
A splendid food and wine journey.
I begin with an olive oil tasting paired with delicious, freshly baked homemade bread.
A slice of focaccia as an amuse-bouche and a sparkling Fiano as a welcome drink.
A pumpkin entrée with a blue cheese fondue paired with a pure Fiano.
Spaghetti with amberjack tartare and house green beans with a Negramaro rosé.
Slow-cooked pork rib with Margherita di Savoia onion barbecue sauce and mashed potato with spring onion earth.
A 2020 Primitivo Riserva paired with this.
As a pre-dessert, a gin with chamomile and a splendid orange-flavored cream dessert.
An excellent coffee to sip without sugar and a delicious peaty whisky to finish.
Highly recommended.
