An unforgettable experience! I had dinner at this restaurant last night and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences of my life. From the welcome to the dessert, everything was perfect. The cuisine is a true triumph of flavours: dishes with attention to detail, with excellent raw materials and an artistic presentation. The homemade pasta, such as the truffle ravioli, was sublime, with a balance of ingredients that won over the palate. I also recommend the fresh fish, cooked to perfection and accompanied by creative side dishes. The service deserves a special mention: the staff was professional, friendly and attentive to every need, without ever being intrusive. The sommelier recommended a local wine that went divinely with the dishes. The atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, with soft lighting and refined furnishings that create an ideal environment for a romantic dinner or a special evening. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the very high level offered. I can't wait to return to try other dishes and enjoy this little gastronomic pearl again.
