Scrupulous, careful and accurate selection of the different wine proposals, sparkling wines with an accurate history of different types of wine and sparkling wine and tastings of every type of food with the possibility of an aperitif on site, a very welcoming place to spend an evening and with an excellent welcome and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

A place out of time, out of the city center, out of its mind. The host is one of the most knowledgeable "noses" I've ever met; he can smell aromas that a four-legged truffle hunter takes notes of in shorthand. Each wine is selected according to rigorous parameters of common sense and with the right amount of madness and foresight. You can discover wines from ancient Roman colonies like Burgundy, Alsace, the Jura, Champagne, but also Piedmont, Veneto, Tuscany, Magna Graecia, Mars, Venus, and Saturn—the latter only available during the galactic alignment period due to shipping costs. You can also nibble on something, but only products of "peasant" quality in the highest sense. Flavor and substance. Frequented by the common people (the Roman nobility probably wouldn't understand the local dialect). Personally, I've met Michelin-starred chefs, whimsical chefs, chefs outright, and enthusiasts of good times and beautiful things.
