Good selection of beers and spirits. Very cute boho chic place. It's a shame the service was so slow; we only ordered drinks and desserts (prepared in the window) and had a very long wait, even though the place wasn't crowded.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner accompanied by two exquisite wines in a truly unique setting. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice, and the attention to detail is very high, both in terms of food and alcohol (we received excellent recommendations for both the gin and tonic and the amaro). The portions are generous, so you won't leave hungry. We had some very good fried food as an appetizer, and we relied on off-menu options for our first and second courses. The dishes themselves were good, but I wouldn't recommend them as a single course because they didn't complement each other well, and overall, it was a bit heavy. If I may offer a suggestion: I would have preferred a smaller portion of the marinated whitefish as an appetizer, but it was a bit cloying (and we split one portion between two). There were some small oversights in the service, which are absolutely passable, but not if the bill is what it is (like not clearing the table before serving the next course, or leaving the surrounding tables dirty). Perhaps one person for the dining room is not enough. The price isn't excessive, especially considering the quality of the ingredients, but it's still significant. I would definitely go back because, aside from these little things, it's a nice place.

We visited Opificio di Ronciglione during a family trip and were thrilled. There were four of us and we returned twice in just two days: this speaks volumes about the quality and the experience we had. The food is excellent, original, and truly delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional: they made us feel welcomed and cared for. A place absolutely worth trying and one we recommend without hesitation. Kudos to the entire staff!

Last Sunday, passing through Ronciglione, we were attracted by the name and had a great lunch... excellent food, fast and courteous service, truly delightful place with little objects scattered around that fascinated us, fair price for the quality and quantity, we will return on our next trip...

My wife and I had dinner, we ate very well, different things from the usual, we had a first course, we shared tartare, hamburger, dessert, the price was a bit high but overall it was fine! Good things have to be paid for.

We loved the food, the person who served us was excellent, super friendly and professional, I recommend it.
