I've been several times and I've always had a great time, it was a great surprise in Ronciglione. A quiet little place with a beautiful atmosphere. The dishes are very good. I'll be back to try other things. Super wine list and very good aperitifs. Top owners

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante in una giornata di fine anno 23 avendo deciso di festeggiare la fine dell'anno a Ronciglione. Location molto carina nell'arredamento. Personale gentile e cortese. Nell'attesa dei primi piatti abbiamo assaggiato una buona focaccia alla ligure. Per i piatti successivi abbiamo optato per "spaghetti con mollica" per me, "gnocchi di patate con blu di capra" per mio figlio e mia moglie, abruzzese, ha voluto provare "pallotte cacio e ovo" Pietanze molto buone e curate nella presentazione. Le pallotte, anche se buone, sono una rivisitazione del piatto tipico abruzzese (ci è stato comunicato). Dolci buoni e ben presentati. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un po' lungo il tempo di attesa per i primi piatti. Si consiglia prenotazione perché il locale non è molto ampio.

A pleasant surprise, attracted and intrigued I entered the restaurant and was immediately welcomed by the owner in a friendly way. Really beautiful location but the thing that intrigued me most was the journey into the local flavors of Tuscia well described by the owner, a truly knowledgeable person and excellent connoisseur of wines. If you are in Ronciglione, a stop at the Opificio is a must!

16/11/2024: Enchanting place found by chance. Quality raw materials, dishes with an amazing flavour, but the icing on the cake is the hospitality of the staff. Compliments!
09/11/2024: We had lunch today and it was a nice discovery: excellent and plentiful dishes. I recommend the Griciarola and all the foods with top quality local products. The girls at the tables are beautiful and attentive to the customer. I invite you to see Palazzo Farnese and have lunch here.

La Locanda di Saturno

18/12/2024: It was Saturday evening, it was raining, it was cold and few businesses were still open in Sutri, we followed the signs, following a small road that took us to the inn which from the outside also looked closed; only upon entering did the beauty of the inn open up to us, from the lit fireplace, where we stayed for a while to warm up, to all the characteristics of this place that welcomed us like a home; we ate well, spent the right amount on average, we relaxed, we had a good time, that's what counts. When possible, we will definitely return.
15/12/2024: A restaurant where I always return willingly, the trip from Rome is worth it. The place is warm and welcoming, the cuisine with typical dishes is very refined, the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. It's a pleasure every time I return. Congratulations to the owners and a heartfelt thank you.
