My wife and I came for lunch at this restaurant located in Genoa's Sampierdarena district, inside the Fiumara shopping center in the entertainment district. The restaurant specializes in meat, primarily beef, sourced from the Argentine Pampas, where the cattle are raised on grass-fed pastures. The meat is selected from young animals (under 24 months) and rigorously inspected at every stage.
They also offer a few fish dishes and a wide variety of desserts.
This restaurant has several internal rooms with many tables, and we ordered:
-1 BBQ burger (hamburger bun, bacon, cheddar cheese, melted cheese, onion rings, iceberg lettuce, and barbecue sauce), served with barbecue sauce and fries and Old Wild West sauce.
-1 Norwegian salmon (salmon steak, accompanied by cherry tomatoes and baked olives, salsa verde, basil, and baked potatoes).
Everything was truly delicious, both the burger and the salmon were delicious, plentiful, and delicious. The staff, although perhaps a little small, was welcoming, smiling, competent, and friendly. The service, while attentive, was slow, very slow, although understandably so given the small number of waiters and the price.

A perfectly Western-style restaurant, tidy and with a casual atmosphere. The food was decent: well-presented sandwiches and dishes, average flavors, nothing that made you say "wow" but still enjoyable π.
The service was equally decent: friendly staff, normal wait times, no major hiccups.
Overall, a good experience, simple and without any surprises... neither positive nor negative. A convenient choice when you want something quick and unpretentious π.
