We visited Olivia - il Bistrot Veg in Siracusa and really loved the vegetarian concept! It's great that the focus here is on purely plant-based dishes. The food itself was okay, but we would have liked a little more creativity and sophistication in terms of taste. The dishes were well prepared, but fell short of our expectations. The ambience is modern and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that makes the bistrot a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The location of the restaurant is just outside the old town, so you have to take a short walk there. However, it is close to the famous Parco Archeologico della Neapoli, which ideally combines the visit with a tour there. Price-wise it's okay, but for the quality of the food we would have liked a little better value for money. I’m writing about the restaurant not the hotel have no idea about that. ( our hotel recommended it ) We went there with people that are not vegetarians and everybody really enjoyed it. We had one of the best potato fries with lemon and pepper which everyone enjoyed. I had a spaghetti zucchini that was good and we also had a couple pasta dishes, which they all enjoyed and a wonderful salad with tomatoes and fettuccine. And Olivia salad, which was also very good It was quite surprising how good it was glass of wine, fresh fruit dessert and a cookie the waiter was very nice. It was a pleasant way to have a, casual healthy dinner

I was expecting smoothies like in a vegan bar, but unfortunately they don't have them..
